I’ve been having services with this company since I purchased my home in 2021. I have the maintenance package which they come out 1 year for service. Juan the technician is by far the best technician I had so far. He took the time out to walk me through the entire system maintenance and showed me before and after pics. I will definitely be asking for him to be my regular tech going forward. He was beyond exceptional

We've had Airtron for years. Melvin came for our semi-annual maintenance and said everything looked great. A few weeks later, when it got cold, our heat was only blowing cold air (not working). Liz came out immediately & was able to quickly diagnose the problem that Melvin did not reconnect the wire & fixed our heat in just a few minutes. With icemaggedon, we found that our heat just wasn't able to keep up. Called back and Jon Saxton came out to fully investigate & resolve the problem (Melvin had not cleaned the flame sensor & burners as he was supposed to). I truly appreciate Airtron standing behind their maintenance, and though we had a few bumps, Jon S. fixed it completely & the heat has kept us warm & cozy with this 12 inches of snow. It is currently 8 degrees outside, but a toasty 72 inside our home. Thank you so much Jon Saxton, we have been praying blessings on you & your family!!!!!!

We are always able to be seen within one or two days so that membership is worth it. We have a cookie cutter Standard Pacific/Lennar builder home built in 2018 but have had numerous issues with our heating elements and air conditioning. John F is normally our technician and he is super fast and this time around he knew our previous issue and went ahead and brought part the with him this time so we didn’t have to wait on an order. There’s some type of partitioning issue that our heating system has been plagued with, but since he had the part available, we were able to have it replaced same day!

Juan was very polite and professional. He taught me several things about my system. He cleaned everything meticulously and showed me pictures of my system inside and out before and after. I really appreciate the kindness your techs continue to show me each time they come.

Over the past 40 years and many moves - I have had experiences with many HVAC companies in many states - Airtron - CLT ranks at the top of my list! The personalized customer service that I have received these past 7 years has been terrific! Justin F provided my winter tune-up and did a great job ! Thanks Airtron for always going the extra mile!

Cole did an amazing job. He was very personable and thorough when checking my heater. Checked every possible item and adjusted system as well while he was making repair so it would run the most optimum and save energy. Very grateful for his service. It was a pleasure meeting him.

Juan came to service my HVAC system. He called when on his way here - arrived in good time.. introduced himself - told ne what he was going to do… performed his job exceptionally well - showed me pictures of what he was doing before and after. He explained everything. He is a great asset to your company !! I highly would recommend him to anyone and will request him when needed

We were lucky enough to get Melvin to service our heating and cooling units. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and I could tell he looked at every important component in our system. He also has a fantastic memory and gave me a lot of info on the current status of our equipment, and potential things to look out for in the future. Airtron is lucky to have Melvin working for them here in Charlotte.

Many Thanks to Jon Saxton & Landon. Our Heat was not working
due inexperience Tech’s from Airtron. I’m very pleased with the extra effort that Jon& Landon spent to diagnose the problem. There were many issues with my heating system. My house is only 3 years old. Because of the work that

Airtron is a wonderful HVAC company. Eric C. came to the house and was nice, professional, and an expert in his field. He got our heating back up and running in no time and it was a pleasure speaking with him. Highly recommend because I have used some others that were not the best experience.

Juan was Excellent, Professional, Tidy, and Thorough! Juan showed pictures and videos of his work in operating, testing, and cleaning our HVAC system.

Juan explained the system's test results, meanings, and impacts so we understood their system relation. We feel assured our system is working in peak condition.

Juan has the photos and videos for record. Service was covered under our semi-annual preventive maintenance monthly payment plan. It's worth it because I see the Techs checking more thoroughly.

Juan was the best. He was very good. Juan explained everything. He could have did the service and just left but he found the problem and did not leave. I was very happy and highly thankful. Thank you very much for your service.

Juan did a fantastic job! He serviced our unit thoroughly, as well as cleaned up lots of dust from the building process inside and out. This was the first maintenance appointment and I am so glad we chose Airtron as our servicer.

I had a great experience with Justin. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. He explained the issues clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and courteous—highly recommend!

He even made sure I knew when to schedule our next service. I appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

Airtron once again to the rescue of a faulty damper. John F. is the best, he has maintained and serviced my heating and cooling system for at least 7 years and never lets me down. I keep a maintenance plan with Airton and it is worth the monthly fee which is very reasonable, especially compared to other companies. This service was part of the plan so $0 out of pocket

Juan, was the best Airtron service person we have in the last 3 years. He carefully explained everything and listened to our concerns and too the approved action. We were very pleased with his visit.

Jon Saxton is an amazing technician. He was courteous and thorough. He made sure that we understood the problem and he resolved it. He took his time to ensure everything was in working order before leaving. We need more people like Jon Saxton in customer service.
