Highly recommended! Assured Quality Heating & Services is professional, courteous and promptly responds to HVAC services for it's customers. Octavin has gone above and beyond to assess issues and fix issues as well as being reasonably priced.

He came highly recommended by some neighbors so we gave him a try. After so many bad experiences it’s nice to finally have a go to for our needs. We use him for maintenance of our hvac twice a year. Just got the Freon last summer and had him come out this year because one of our systems stopped working. Called him yesterday and he offered to come same day but we were out of town. He came today and replaced a fuse for us. We are back up and running and good to go. Always happy with this company. Definitely recommend them.

Assured Quality Heating & Cooling provided prompt, professional, and efficient service! We have had issues getting an HVAC company to check our unit, but this company was responsive and reliable... we will definitely use and refer his services to family and friends!

First off, I wouldn't call just anyone to go to my mom's house. A few of the things mom had to say: "very professional, very nice, very sweet, hard working" and more. Octavian made sure to let us know about the difference in repair vs replace. Replacement was the best long run option for us. Mom got her first good nights sleep in almost 2 weeks.

I appreciate the professionalism and timely manner of this company! I called at end of day, last minute, due to having a gas leak. The gas was cut off for safety. The owner himself came quickly and fixed all my leaks so when temps began to drop I was already repaired and heat was pumping back through our home! The needed repairs were done quickly and I no longer smelt gas! I now have a reputable heating and air company, THANK YOU Assured Quality Heating and Cooling!

Octavin installed a new heat pump for me. I appreciated his professionalism, prompt communication, and great attitude. He was able to work within a quick time frame and showed up when he said he would.

Assured Quality Heating & Cooling LLC has saved myself and my family from some very cold days & nights. When I tell you that when the motherboard malfunction on my heating / cooling system I didn’t know who to call until a friend recommended Assured Quality Heating & Cooling LLC. I called the owner and in little to no time at all he was at my home assessing the system. The owner explained the process of replacing the malfunctioning components and the cost associated in detail before beginning the work and shortly after my heating & cooling system was running at peak performance. Octavian was very professional and accommodating. My ac stopped working and he fit me into his very busy schedule as quickly as possible. He kept the lines of communication open even when he was running behind from prior jobs. He repaired my unit in no time.

Soo happy to finally have cool air running in the house again!! Thanks to Assured and the amazing and quick work of Octavian and crew installing a brand new AC/Heating unit. They were in and out in one day!

We were assigned to work Octavin. He did a great job with communicating and responding quickly. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. He cleaned up after himself when all the work was finished. I would definitely work with him in the future. We are renters so not sure about cost since it was paid by rental company.

Octavian was amazing! We struggled to get in contact with anyone in the area when our AC went out. However, he was extremely responsive and was able to get out to us early the next morning. He was easy to communicate with and made sure that we understood what he was doing. He knocked the work out in no time and got us back up and running. 10/10 recommend! I'll definitely be calling him back should any issues arise in the future.
