Stephen was amazing! He performed a thorough diagnostic. He was so helpful and really made things understandable. He gave plenty of options for upkeep and maintenance. Five stars all the way!!

I had a great experience with Call Dad here in NC. The technicians, Jackson and Chandler, were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciated how respectful and efficient they were throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a company that provides both excellent service and genuine care for their customers, but Call Dad truly does. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

Without going into too much detail, we had Call Dad out to look at our flue as the original installer said it was blocked at the roof and causing a safety switch to flip. Breck came out and double and triple checked the system, disassembled the flue, and cleaned it out as best he could. Still the sensor tripped, so we had to call in the original installer to sort it out (which they eventually did). That said, CD spent what I would consider a significant amount of time trying to solve the issue, but because it wasn't, there was no charge even when we insisted. This is integrity in action and we will 100% be using them in the future for all maintenance and new system estimates. Bravo.

I would highly recommend Call Dad , for all your HVAC services ! They came out found all the problems and were back the next day to do a full install ! Everyone is absolutely sweet . We're very satisfied with Call Dad ! Thanks guys ! I would've given a 10 star rating, but it will only let me give a 5 !

We had a regular maintenance visit with Issac Skidmore, he was extremely thorough, even though we were his last job for the day, and pointed out things with our unit that could lead to problems in the future.
We really appreciated his knowledge, and how friendly he was. We’ve had a great experience with everyone from this company- highly recommend!

Luke did an outstanding job at my home. I had an area of my living room without power, and what seemed like a simple fix turned out to be more involved. He spent over four hours troubleshooting and was able to find a solid solution to restore power. He was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Luke to anyone in need of a reliable and dedicated electrician.

Dallas is very knowledgeable and is a great help. He explained step by step of the issue that I was facing with my heating. He also gave a breakdown of the process of tuning up my HVAC unit.

Our technician Murphy just finished up our maintenance and he did such a great job. I had a few questions about the temperature difference between areas in our house and he went above and beyond to get me answers. Call dad has been wonderful to us and I highly recommend them for a unit replacement and your maintenance needs.

Eli came out for a seasonal cleaning of our HVAC unit. When he opened our unit, he smelled gas and checked our gas lines. We had a small leak at our gas valve, right above our burner tubes. He informed me of this risk and we talked through how to fix it. This home is an AirBnB, so I informed Eli of my limited scheduling availability around guests. The only replacement part he had on his truck was insufficient so he asked when our next guest would arrive and went out of his way to show up bright and early the next day to fix this for us. My husband usually handles this stuff, but he is deployed. Eli sent pictures and videos and talked me through everything so I felt comfortable with the maintenance fix. This took so much stress off of me knowing our AirBnB guests would be safe- and I wouldn’t have to cancel on someone since Eli went above and beyond to be back at our home before check-in! He also performed our scheduled maintenance/cleaning and kept me updated along the way. Such an stress-free experience! Eli was professional and courteous. Couldn’t be happier with this experience. Thank you, Eli!!!

Looking for HVAC repair services can feel daunting with all the negative reviews and experiences you hear about. Micah was the opposite-professional, patient, and thorough in diagnosing the issue with our A/C unit. He was even honest enough to share that he learned something new while servicing it, which showed his dedication and humility. It was truly a pleasure having him, and because of this experience, I’ll be canceling my current maintenance plan and signing with Call Dad.

Dallas was a true professional! Arrived on site, did a thorough investigation of the heater and made fair and honest recommendations. Very impressed with call Dad!

When my AC stopped working with no warning, I "Called Dad" and received the best service. My technician, Tyler Kniess was prompt, respectful and very thorough. He looked at my unit and talked me through the repairs I would need by showing me pictures he had taken while outside. He answered all my questions and effectively repaired my unit so AC was blowing that day. I will definitely use Call Dad again for other HVAC, heating/cooling needs.

Stephen Hardy was just wonderful. He was very helpful with educating us on our AC units. He was very informative and honest. Call Dads AC and heating seems to have the most wonderful employees. I will always be loyal to them as a customer to show my appreciation for there wonderful service

Isaac was professional, knowledgeable and just a generally kind human. We’ve had a few different issues with our unit from the new build install (not from them) and he took his time to fix several issues to set up for the future. Hopefully we don’t need them for a while but would recommend to anyone!

My heat went out, I easily made an appointment online with Call Dad last night, and they came out today. I need a lot of work done on my furnace unfortunately, but Tyler was candid and transparent about everything needed, and had the heat working before he left! I highly recommend.

Anton was very knowledgeable, nice, and polite. Covered his shoes before entering my house. Took pictures of everything and sent them along with estimates and payments. I've never had a company send pictures to me before. Nice touch. I had a voice mail, e-mail, and text ahead of time to let me know what time he would arrive. I have no complaints.

Top notch, highly recommend. Turned the heat on for the first time this season, woke up freezing. Checked the air filter, breaker, thermostat, and since that's as far as I go called in backup. Found Call Dad and very easily made a next day appointment online. Immediately confirmed, with text reminders. Tyler showed up on time and went straight to work. Checked everything, I mean literally everything, and very patiently explained the issues and possible solutions. Was back up and running in no time.

Phenomenal technician. Handshake, looks you in the eye, respectful of the property, and felt like I could have talked to him all night he was so personal. Made the appropriate pitch for services but was straightforward and no fearmongering tactics. After the appointment he sent a detailed report with pictures, as well as prices for the estimates. They didn't make a lot of money on me today, but they will in the future.

Call Dad has a team of very knowledgeable and efficient service technicians. I am always pleased with the service, and I feel assured that, unless there is a power outage, I will have reliable heating and cooling.
