Both the front desk man and the tech were super nice! It wasn't super expensive, the tech checked everything, and answered all of my dumb questions about air conditioning haha. Will definitely call them in the future.

Richard and crew did outstanding work ,they replaced an entire AC unit for Sears Home Warrenty. Workers showed up, took minimal breaks, worked hard in the heat and finished the job in one day. Prior to this replacement they diagnosed and repaired our other AC unit. Would highly recommend them.

i Just had my complete system replaced. This company and its owner are a top of the line company. i normally would have had this job done by a company ive used before. However i was impressed when the owner Richard came and inspected the job himself. He is a man of integrity and honor! im a disabled veteran and Richard put me and my needs at the top of the list. even if you have another company from the past. you would be disappointed if you dont have them check it out first. He and his company stand out. Its your money and money is tight for many reasons for many people. You will get what you pay for. it was affordable and im glad that i gave them a chance.

Our technician, Vincente, called and texted to let us know when he would be arriving. He did a thorough inspection of our heating units and made the necessary repairs. We are very pleased with Caribbean System Services and would recommend them highly.

AC went out after midnight on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Left a message at Caribbean Sunday around noon. Richard called at 4 and had a tech at my house in Mooresville by 5. Vinny was awesome. Quick, knowledgeable, personable, and sincerely interested in fixing our situation. He was able to troubleshoot the issue in minutes, and we came up with a workable solution. It's refreshing to see care and concern and self sacrifice for the good of others these days. Great company. AC repair is rarely convient and they have someone out there in less than 12 hours on a busy week. Charlie on the phone worked extremely hard to answer questions and make sure the guys got to my house first thing. HVAC guys were respectful and did great work. Cannot speak high enough!

Will continue to call on this company because they are honest and dependable their pricing is fair and they don't try to sell me things I don't need. They prioritize repairs so I can make sound financial decisions and also have great after hours service for emergencies.

Have been using Caribbean for 10+ years on various properties. Just had them replace two ACs at my personal residence. Inspector said the did an excellent job. Highly recommend Richard and his company. Honest, reasonable and responsive.
