This was the second time I had a problem with my AC unit, both times Micheal came out and took care of the problem the first time I needed a new compacitor, the second time I thought my AC was gone but he cleaned it out did this and that and it was up and running like new. fsm is fair with their prices and you can work with them about when they will come out to fix your problem,I had to work and they work with my schedule to come out around 2:30 pm. me and my wife haven't felt Robbed like I've heard from some other companies and would highly recommend these guys again. Our air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days, and we were relieved when a technician arrived within 45 minutes. He quickly identified a faulty capacitor and had it replaced in no time. The house was cool again within an hour. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the entire experience stress-free. Highly impressed with the efficiency and expertise!

Good customer service however I'm not sure about the unit that was installed. It has yet performed up to its standard.

Very rude and poor service. I had them come and assist with a fire log install some time back and then coordinate city inspection. The city inspection took months to coordinate because (as far as I could tell), FSM didn't understand how to do it. I went directly to the city and got the details and then directly to the FSM owner and he assisted me. Their work then did not pass inspection. After a bit of a delay (not their fault), I went ahead and paid in full while I went to replace the gas logs (another issue and also not FSM's fault). I finally called back and the lady who answered the phone said that they wouldn't do it because I installed the fire logs. I said I would gladly take the logs out and she still said they weren't interested. I said I didn't understand, that this was a service they provided and she laughed and said she didn't know how else to say they weren't interested. I asked again and she hung up. Honestly not sure how they are still in business based on the reviews I'm reading and my experience. They weren't inexpensive, they weren't competent, and they don't treat you well.

Poor quality workmanship. Very bad customer service. After they installed my new heat pump system we started having issues right away. They have been out multiple times to perform repairs (or sometimes just do nothing) and now it has completely quit working. Unit is still under warranty and now they tell me it will be a few months before they can send someone out. Wow! A FEW MONTHS!
