Kris was awesome! He had great communication as he explained what he was doing and why. He was dog friendly and great to chat with. Kris is very knowledgeable and fixed an airflow issue that we were having. I would recommend this company for sure.

AC went out in the morning and Nick was able to come out after lunch. It was a minor issue. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will definitely use this company again.

Charlotte Mechanical has serviced my air and heating for several years. They arrive promptly when scheduled and respond promptly when I've called when any perceived problem arises. Their service team provides clear explanation of issues they find and make every effort to explain what needs to be done promptly and when issues can be done at a later date. As a retired educator, I very much appreciate the clear explanations about any problems they find and how the proposed work will keep my heating/air systems working. These findings hold true for the different servicepersons they send out, although I've had the same one for the last 3 - 4 years for my scheduled maintenance. Most recently on an unscheduled call, Nick provided me with the same quality service. He provided me with a thorough explanation; I really appreciate the service I've had with Charlotte Mechanical. When on a tight budget as I am, , it is reassuring to know that you're receiving an honest assessment of heating/air problems as they arrive and a fair appraisal of the work that is required.

Had the pleasure of getting my AC maintenance done today by Alonte, the service techincian. He was very pleasant, considerate, professional and down to earth. Our AC stopped working late last night, and Charlotte Mechanical came to the rescue this afternoon! The entire process was quick and seamless. Tomasz, our service technician, was absolutely amazing—professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. Thanks to him, our home is cool and comfortable again. Highly recommend Charlotte Mechanical and especially Tomasz for anyone in need of HVAC service!

By the time I realized my AC had stopped working around noon yesterday, it was 4:00. I had never used Charlotte Mechanical before, but I have a friend, Tom Schmidt, that works there. After texting with Tom for a while and doing troubleshooting, he told me to call the office because I needed a service call. I called a little after 4. I had a service technician at my house by 5!! Kris was awesome. He did a thorough evaluation of my unit, told me the facts and gave me my options. We discussed what to do, cost, and best case scenario. Kris resurrected the outside unit that is on its last leg. I have AC for the weekend and maybe for a few weeks. And, I'm going to make an appointment next week to replace my system. I highly recommend Charlotte Mechanical and Kris for service!!

Charlotte Mechanical was recommended to me by my mom. She reported a positive experience. I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion on my HVAC problem. I was able to get an immediate appointment and the tech arrived promptly. The tech, Kris, was exceptional! He thoughtfully listened to my explanation of the problem and was thorough in his diagnostic process. He was attentive and unhurried, leaving nothing unexplored. He demonstrated that he was knowledgeable and experienced with HVAC systems and by the end of the day, I had a written report of the problem along with videos. I highly recommend Charlotte Mechanical (Kris) and plan to use them again.

We have a AC situation that has caused some humidity issues in our home.
Thomasz was incredibly thorough and really took the time to understand our unique situation. He’s working hard to help us find a solution that fits our needs. We truly appreciate his effort and care!

Kris from Charlotte Mechanical got us up and running on the hottest day of the year so far!
He called on his way saying he could be early, he arrived right when he said he would and immediately got to work with our list of concerns.
He found issues within only minutes of taking a look in our attic and provided an extremely detailed description of the problems. He was respectful of our time and always maintained a professional, but friendly demeanor. After the diagnosis he was able to jump right in and fix the problems that were found. By the end of the visit we felt that all of our concerns were addressed and Kris made sure we understood everything he did and things to look out for going forward. Can’t recommend him enough and Charlotte Mechanical for being so prompt!

It's Sunday and the the AC died...ugh. Kris was here in less than hour from calling. Within a few minutes he had us up and running. I could not be more appreciative of this company and them hiring a professional. Kris took me through everything and identified some issues unrelated to the AC failure that could have cost a lot. My previous HVAC company let me down. Three weeks of “I’ll be there tomorrow” and never showing up. I searched our neighborhood FB page for options and several people suggested Charlotte Mechanical. When I looked them up, the Google reviews were great too. So, I called - on a Friday afternoon at 5pm. They had someone at my house Saturday morning. The tech (Tomasz) looked at my units, took photos and video of what he saw and gave me options for the repair. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

If you need an HVAC tech, Nick is your guy. He's extremely knowledgeable about everything from the internals of the machines, wiring, duct work, and temperature and humidity control, including the theory. On top of that, Nick is friendly, well spoken, and clearly educated in his field. He easily breaks down information and explains it to the layman. There was no upsell pressure. No doubt he'll be the guy I always request!

Nick and Kris have been phenomenal to deal with, honestly every one of the installers and techs we have dealt with through our process of getting a new unit have been nothing short of amazing. We had a small faulty equipment issue and it was resolved fast and without hassle.

Nick from Charlotte Mechanical is absolutely top notch. He’s been my HVAC guy for several years, and I honestly say I trust him, which feels rare these days. Nick always gives me solid, honest advice - never pushing anything I don’t truly need. He takes the time to explain my options, helps me weigh the pros and cons, and considers cost without ever cutting corners.

A perfect example: two years ago, he recommended installing a component that, at the time, felt optional. This summer, that very upgrade likely saved me from a major leak in my attic that could have ruined my upstairs ceilings. I’m so grateful for his foresight and expertise.

Made a same-day appointment to figure out why our heat stopped working. Kris was timely and thorough in his triage, repair, and informing us of the issue. While he was visiting, he saved us money by showing us how to replace our own whole-house filters, and did our spring tune-up while visiting - saving time and money. Charlotte Mechanical has always been quick to resolve any issues and glad they stand behind their work (they installed our new system less than a year ago). Thanks Kris and team!

My whole experience with Charlotte mechanical was fantastic! I heard back from them in a timely manner, was able to get scheduled for the following day, but I was called immediately when there was a cancellation and they got to my house same day. Kris was friendly, extremely polite, and very informative, explaining every step of the process. He was able to get our unit fixed within 30 minutes, going above and beyond with the repair solution.
