Had concerns about A/C companies, this company over delivered

I did some researching and found their reviews to be encouraging. Most stated that the service was excellent and that they were an honest company. After Jacob came out our home, and can personally vouch for this company. They are professional, they are polite and they do not pressure a sale. They find YOUR problem and fix that. Jacob even went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before leaving. I can not recommend this company enough. It is hard to find a company that still puts the customer first and that’s what you have in Deckard!

I just had my AC motor not work and Dan fixed it very quickly and was great at communicating with me. He has been out to my house a few times and always been professional and friendly. The lady answering the phone is also very friendly. Great company!

Over the years Dan Deckard and company have performed a variety of services at my home and business. Dan is a gem- attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. Very thorough. I had my AC and Furnace replaced recently and the entire process was top-notch. Robert worked to get me several affordable options, and clearly explained all my choices. I never felt pressured. Installation went exactly as promised. The communication, service and follow up has been great and much appreciated!

Update: Just got my heat back up and running by Justin was amazing, professional and personable. He took the time to explain the issue and stayed to make sure the system was running prior to leaving. Truly great service and would definitely recommend for your heating needs.
