Kenny and everyone at Exact Temperature provided rapid responses for diagnostics & service repairs for my AC.

I appreciate Exact Temperature’s honesty and professionalism when it came to repair verses replacement. In my particular case, I repaired my unit. Other vendors did not offer repairing as an option only insisting a system replacement. Crystal in the office was outstanding in returning my calls as well.

I am on an Uptown 4th Ward condo’s HOA board and will recommend Exact Temperature to all.

They reached out to me first thing when I put online my AC was not working, scheduled a time same day. Kayvan came out and did a quick job at diagnosing the issue with my AC, showed me not only how he fixed the issue, but also how to perform preventative maintenance in the future. Checked the rest of the AC after the problem was fixed to make sure i was good to go. Would 100% recommend Exact temp and especially Kayvan!

Thanks Kenny and your staff for doing an excellent job. Kenny responded the same day and I had a quote the next day. It was not only less than all the other local suppliers, it was a higher quality product. The installation team went above and beyond and showed real pride in their work. Finally, an HVAC Co. I can trust for all of my locations!

The customer service lady was really nice, I just told her: " it 's not working." I was so happy she made the appointment for the next day. thanks god I didn't have to waited long.
Kayvan ( the technician) came out on time ; he was knowledgeable , professional, and competent . Most importantly , he fixed the problem!
I'm glad I had picked this company , and they don't charge 3% if you are using American Express credit card to make a payment! I will use this company again for any HVAC problems.

Very impressed with Exact! We used them through our Home Warranty. Our AC stopped working, and honestly we were dreading the process and afraid it would take forever and end up being costly (even with our warranty). Someone was dispatched to our home the same day the service request was put in (it’s also worth noting that even the schedulers and those who answer the phones are incredibly polite and helpful). He was timely, called ahead to make sure we knew he was on his way, wore a mask and shoe covers, and told us the facts without trying to sell us on anything / pressure us into a decision. The next day he came back out and addressed the issue (only needed refrigerant, thank goodness) and quickly got it back up and running. He even gave us advice on how to make sure our house was cooling properly and more efficiently. We would definitely use them again (with or without the home warranty). Highly recommend!

With the temp dropping, I realised our furnace combo unit wasn’t working (it was running loudly but no forced air or heat from vents)… and it’s Friday morning. I called Exact hoping to get on the calendar and they set me up for the same day between 1pm-3pm. Kenny comes over about 1:20. I know a little about electrical so he invited me to watch him work. After finding a faulty circuit board that kept the motor running even when the thermostat was off, and showing me the motor that had rusted fins missing, he made a call and found the parts. Kenny gave me the costs, I approved and he drove across town, got the parts, came back, replaced them and got everything buttoned up and working by 4:45pm. Amazing! I am now in my home NOT freezing! Once again, Kenny of Exact Temp provided superb, expert service to the HVAC systems at our home of residence and our rental property. Exact Temp has been our choice for more than 10 years, and we couldn't be more pleased. This time, Kenny leveled our outdoor AC unit to prevent damage, and he found that our fresh air exchange was not functioning, returning it to proper working order. We have complete confidence in Exact Temp.

They have always gone above and beyond. I've been with them 4 or 5 years now. Kenny was at my house a few days ago to fix a broken fan motor in my air handler that was under warranty. He went ahead and checked the other unit and ended up finding a wire that was burnt and would eventually short out. He also pulled coils out of my whole house fresh air system (came with the house) and cleaned them. I've owned this house since 2012 and never done it. It was very dirty. You might be wondering how much did the non warranty work cost? Nothing. He just went ahead and did it. I really appreciate it Kenny, and thank you for always being a professional and providing good quality and honest work. That's a rare thing to find these days.

Update: 5/7/21. Had an issue with the heat pump they installed. They came out quickly and fixed it at no charge. Great service and a great company. Still highly recommend.

Still excellent service. Kayvon has been to my house performing preventative maintenance on both systems for a few years now. Happy to say both systems are running strong. One system is 16 years old. I love this company and highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

I still love this company. Everything I've mentioned in the past remain true. I get routine preventative maintenance twice a year. Both my HVAC's are running great with no issues. Great company, great people, and if that changes you'll see it in these updates. Thanks Exact Temp and keep up the good work.

Kenny is a great! He has replaced 2 systems, one at our home and one and the workplace and both are running flawlessly now. Thank you to Crystal as well she provided excellent customer service!

Kenny was prompt and professional. He evaluated both aging heating and air units and recommended services to keep both operating efficiently without breaking the bank. He was easy to talk to you and took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. I will definitely call upon this company again for future work. I felt they were honest & knowledgeable.

Exact Temp was a delight to work with! There was an unforeseen circumstance that required my appointment window to be pushed, and they were very quick to let me know - before my original window, even - rather than simply show up late. Kayvan was punctual, polite, and took his time answering all of my questions. I appreciate that he explained what the readings he took from my system meant rather than just give me the news at the end! Kayvan also wore boot covers in my home which is a small detail but shows conscientiousness in my opinion. I look forward to working with Exact Temp again in the future!

Kayan was amazing. While he couldn't resolve my issue (likely need a plumber), he was able to recommend someone who could. I am leaving this review because they email almost every. single. day. asking for a review. Incredibly annoying.

I have had Exact Temp for a few years now . Crystal is so sweet. She scheduled my appointment and gave me the coupon special. Kayvan was my service Technician. He is great.I had him Last year also. He calls ahead to let me know he will be at my home soon. He did a great job of keeping my AC running smooth. The unit is over 50 years old.I would not call anyone else. They are the BEST !!!

Respond time was fast, same day appointment, Knowledgeable tech.

The staff at Exact Temp are excellent. The technicians are courteous and prompt, assessing the problem in minutes, usually fixing it. Having an older model gaspack, they've been patient to repair it for a cost much less than I anticipated (though I know I really should get a newer one!)

I highly recommend them.

Really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Exact Temp—we just moved into a new house that had a myriad of issues including not cooling. They responded to my outreach almost immediately and set up an appointment exactly when we needed it. The technician, Kayvan, was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide solution options and recommendations for all of our problems. With his input, we were able to prioritize effectively to spread our expenses out. He completed all the agreed work that day and the following day. We will absolutely use Exact Temp for the remaining items not urgently prioritized and anything new that comes up.

Exact Temp installed our Amana package over 10 years ago. Have never had a problem. Only see their competent courteous technicians for maintenance in the Spring and Fall. I trust these guys.

I continue to use Exact Temp for all of my HVAC maintenance. Love Kenny, Kayvan and Crystal. So helpful and responsive.

During the recent bitter cold spell in Charlotte, my heat went out. True to form, Kenny assessed the problem, tracked down the part and had our heat back on in no time. What a great guy! Exact Temp was recommended to us by a neighbor and I can’t say enough good things about this company. They just replaced 3 fifteen year old AC units for us. Kenny talked us through the various brands and options and helped us select the best units for us based on our existing furnaces, efficiency preference, etc. They were more than fair on the price but more than that, did extremely high quality work. Kenny and his team were superb through the entire process and communication was great from start to finish. We could not be happier with the our experience here and the finished product.
