They keep a wide selection of HVAC parts and equipment in stock, and if something isn’t available, they’re quick to help source it. Fair pricing also —this is my go-to HVAC supply store

Guy on the phone was really rude

Don’t keep posted hours..

So disappointed I paid for a couple condenser motors they said will be ready for pick up on Friday I went there Monday and surprise! No motors 😡😡😡 no apologies no nothing the answer was “ if you want them will be tomorrow “ seriously guys 😡😡😡 playing with the people time 😡😡😡

They only sell to licensed contractors, don’t count on any direct help as a hone owner. It’s to “protect the contractors.” So much for being handy around your own home. Ferguson will sell direct fyi

They only take care of the contractors. When a contractor was trying to overcharge me due to damage they caused and had to repair when job was done. The contractor started adding on extras. When I asked Johnstone a price on an item they said they couldn't give me the price to protect their contractors. All I wanted was a cost to be able to discuss with my contractor trying to charge me more to recoup their losses from the damage they caused and didn't want to pay to repair!
