Was exceptional in his work and conversation, leading me through the entire process of install and options available.

Would recommend the business’s services on our interactions alone.

He did well.
He listened to what I said was wrong, and knew exactly what the problem was. He showed me the damage as he had decribed it once he removed the parts, and fixed it.
He also kept the area clean and dry while working. I really appreciated that.
As far as pricing goes, I don't know what the normal rates are for the work he did. I'm just glad to have the new faucet installed.

I have a maintenance contract with Michael and Son and every visit was just like this past week. The service is impeccable, the technicians are friendly and thorough, and the cost is always reasonable. I'm a forever fan!

Ryan Robertson was a pleasure to have in my house this morning giving a routine inspection of my HVAC unit. Very personable and understood what my goals were by having him out there.

Jim Fetter came out and was absolutely awesome! We talked about a range of topics all while going over the property for a quote on our AC unit. In just a few minutes, he completed his tasks and we shared a few laughs! Thank you again Mr. Fetter for your knowledge

Very caring person. Explains what could be done with several options for my problem. Discussed the programs available with thier company. Discussed future items to upgrade my equipment. Made appointment with the appropriate personnel to discuss them. We repaired the wiring to my Hot Water Heater. Replaced the wiring & breaker. Although he has not much control on cost, but you have to pay for thier knowledge & professional know how.

Logan was professional polite nice fast friendly, explained everything offered us and told us about the service agreement which we will be getting. I was worried at first but when . everything was explained i was ok. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Bryan did a wonderful job with our plumbing emergency. He was arrived on time, shared details about what he found, provided me with options, and the area that he was working in completely clean. Definitely, we use him again along with the company for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Chris was great. He showed up on time after confirming with me on the phone. He quickly started asking questions about issues. What’s working, what’s not. He was quick to diagnose the issue that the battery on the HVAC had to be replaced. Walked me through a statement and was onto the next job in 30 minutes or less.

Carlos is amazing! Very knowledgeable and explains everything he does so you have a clear understanding of what you're paying for. I have worked with Carlos on a number of projects and he is always consistent, reliable and provides elite work and service. I would recommend Carlos for any of your needs that Michael and Son provides.

Van was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough job outlining his concerns and also ahowed me what was tip top. He didn't push any repairs on me but allowed me to get back to him and his company when it financially better for me. Employees like Van give me greater confidence in Michaels and Son and make me more likey to renew my contract with them in the future.

Just received great same-day service from Tommy Parker with Michael & Sons. Tommy clearly knew his stuff. He explained why our outlets were not working and what needed to be done to fix them. All the outlets are working again in our kitchen!

We just moved to the area and didn’t know who to call. I do now! Just call Michael & Sons for all your electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs! They are highly professional and all techs are very experienced. Logan and Chris took time to explain everything and walked us through a new smart thermostat. We have gold service to keep our system running smoothly! Logan and Chris were the kindest, most experienced perfect techs for our job. Well done Michael & Sons. I would move here just for your service!!!

We also had Carlos A. to do a full day of electrical from lights, dimmers, ceiling fans, electrical boxes. He was the best electrician we have ever had!! He was patient, kind, professional and fast. I will call Michael & Sons again and again and ask for Carlos, Logan and Chris again!

Matt did a great job with fixing issues with the plumbing system. Successfully replaced our PRV and helped lower our psi. Also helped mitigate an issue with our expansion tank. Finally he replaced substandard pipes with stainless steel ones. Great work overall 👍

Michael Petrine provided prompt and efficient service on my HVAC system. I wasn’t home at the time of the service call. My wife normally doesn’t like service professionals in our home. However, she said Michael was very polite and extremely clean. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed Mr James. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the products . I appreciated the time he took to breakdown the different systems that were available for my repair or replacement due to age of my unit. I would absolutely recommend his services to my friends and family.

Had a faulty outlet and it was interfering with others. Harrison was very professional and broke down why I was having the problem. He gave me a quote and went straight to work! Fast and very open about how things worked, also telling about the warranty if I have any problems. I’m grateful for his openness and will definitely recommend this company.

They sent someone with my same name! That was awesome as I haven’t met another Tommy before. He and his assistant, Rob, were awesome. They navigated our 6 dogs beautifully and were very efficient. We will definitely be hiring him again for our next round of electrical needs.

FOLLOW UP: we loved them so much we called them back out to do another outlet. This time the price was astronomical - BUT fair. It was a tricky job. Harrison was very honest about our options: we could do it cheaply, and continuously have to reset the circuit breaker. Or we could run a line from the box under the house to the outlet. It was too much though - we just couldn’t do it. Then he explained their HCA program, AND interest free financing. That made it affordable and less money, and now we know exactly who to call for any of our home maintenance needs.

And Harrison, like the last guy, Tommy, was very personable, friendly, kind, and caring. In a time when politics are screaming at us to distrust and hate our neighbor, it’s super awesome that in reality it’s the common ground that brings us together: the values of family and friendship, no matter how different your families are.

Steven was so nice and did his best to help us with our very old unit and gave us some recommendations we will definitely be using Michael and son again super affordable and they don't try to sell you something just because very happy with my service

I had 2 employees at my home this week to address issues with my HVAC systems. Yousef Abdulraheem came out to troubleshoot problems and installed an air purifier system and Alexia Debose came out today to perform my prepaid HVAC check. Both people were super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. It’s such a huge relief to know these 2 people made sure my systems were functioning properly.
