We had an issue with our AC unit this evening and called Morris Jenkins around 8:00 PM. Even though it was late, a technician arrived promptly by 9:30 PM. Within 15 minutes, Adam had diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what was going on.

What really stood out was his professionalism and integrity. He took ownership of a previous maintenance item that had not been completed properly, which ultimately caused the issue — and he corrected it at no charge. That level of accountability is rare and greatly appreciated.

Adam was extremely thorough in explaining what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to trust in our home. We truly felt confident in his expertise!

We are very grateful for the prompt response and outstanding service. Highly recommend Adam and the Morris Jenkins team!

Micah Sager from Morris-Jenkins made the whole experience incredibly easy from start to finish. He was able to come the same day, called ahead before arriving, and was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home and property. We’ve consistently had great experiences with Morris-Jenkins, and Micah definitely kept that standard high. Truly appreciate the excellent service!

Sunday morning I discovered a leak in the on / off valve for our toilet. After church, I put in my YouTube plumber hat and looked at fixing it myself. I quickly realized the repair was above my YouTube skill level and possibly tools I did not have. I also realized my attempt to self repair may end up causing more damage.

I had used Morris Jenkins in the past for a/c repairs and because of the quality service I received in the past, I contacted again to repair my plumbing issue. Seth arrived within a couple hours of my call. He was very courteous and respectful of our house. Seth promptly worked a solution and had the repair done in a very timely manner. He was professional and thorough explaining the repairs, the advantage program and its benefits. Seth left his information with us and let us know that he lived close by should we have any further plumbing problems.

We were again very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and service we received from Seth and Morris Jenkins. We will definitely be calling back if we have any issues and would recommend Morris Jenkins and specifically Seth should you need plumbing repairs.

David, Jonathan and Grayson installed our new HVAC unit today and they were amazing. They were here on time, worked all day and made sure everything was good to go before they left. They were very nice and kept us in the loop about everything they were doing and answered all our questions very clearly. They were a great team and we would absolutely recommend them. We have to thank Tanner for coming out yesterday to troubleshoot our old unit and Bud who came out as well to go over our options for a much needed new unit. We were amazed that they came out yesterday and today we had the new unit installed. We are new to this area, and very happy that we found Morris-Jenkins. Looks like when you need them they are there. Thank you!

Everyone from Morris-Jenkins was great! From the first call to the final installation, the entire process was easy and everyone answered any questions that we had. The team who did the installation were fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly they installed our new furnaces. They also helped us set up new wifi enabled thermostats. Everyone was a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely use Morris-Jenkins next time we have any issues.

Garrison Clinton came out and he is a true professional. He was thorough, clear in his explanation, and knowledgeable. This was my first time using Morris Jenkins and have been extremely impressed with all engagements so far.

When urgent matters like this come up it is a high stress scenario for homeowners and can say a lot of that stress has been alleviated based on the customer service and responsiveness they have provided.

If what we’ve experienced so far is any indication to the countied service we should expect, I plan to use Morris Jenkins moving forward.

I had such a positive experience with my HVAC technician, Paul, today. He was incredibly courteous, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Not only did he fix my AC/heat issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable with the repair.

What truly stood out was his compassion. As a single mom, I often juggle more than people realize — and before he left, he offered to help move some heavy items because he could see I might struggle on my own. That level of thoughtfulness is rare, and I won’t forget it.

I’m so grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and the respect he showed in my home. Highly recommend.

What a great group of men you have working at Morris Jenkins! From the very beginning of the project, these men showed up and showed off! They were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and exceptionally friendly with everyone, including our dog, Bullet…who absolutely loved every single one of them and greeted them all!

What was even more impressive was how these plumbing crew members treated each other…from fist bumps to laughing, encouraging words, and constant support for each other. We were highly impressed. I think our dog is now going through withdrawals from all his buddies loving on him, as soon as you all left, he crashed from all the excitement!

We would like to just say thank you for the hard work and for giving us peace of mind during a tough time. You all made it look easy! Thank you to Rodney, Will, Phillip, Matt, Joey and all the others we missed thanking, and I hope you enjoyed the cookies! I’ve added some pictures, sorry for not capturing everyone.

TJ came out for our plumbing issue around 10 PM (appreciate the late-night availability!), and he wrapped everything up in about 30 minutes. He was fast, efficient, and super clean—left no mess behind. Really impressed with how quickly and professionally he handled it. Thanks, TJ and Morris Jenkins—would definitely call again!

I love Morris Jenkins! Their staff is always professional, courteous and fast! I schedule an appointment about 10:30. Tony arrived at 12:00 on the nose; which was the start of my appointment window! He came out for a plumbing problem, assessed the situation, told me how it could be solved, and took care of it in 15 mins. He then took the time to offer additional services that I did not know were available to me as Priority Member for free! Thanks Tony you are the best!!

Tim Cole was a very professional, personable, and confident tech. Tim explained his process for checking my tankless water heater. I was able to understand what was going on. In normal circumstances the client is never informed until the end. Tim is a positive piece of your company. A++

We had an outstanding experience with the Morris Jenkins team for my heat furnace insulation and installation. Vinny and John P were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail truly stood out.

We had a great experience with Chris Beyers for our HVAC heating maintenance service. Chris was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through everything in detail, explained what he was doing, and set very clear expectations about the system and next steps.

All of the service work was thorough and done with care. On top of that, Chris was very personable and easy to talk to — we even ended up chatting about wedding planning details, which made the whole visit feel much more comfortable and relaxed.

Our technician Landon was very knowledgeable and professional. Took care of our issue very quickly and took the extra time to make sure all things impacted by the issue were up and running. I’ve never used this company before but I’m so glad they were the ones we called. Will be using them for other services and their prices were reasonable. Happy customer :)

We have always been impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the technicians employed by Morris Jenkins. We recently had our septic tank serviced and as the truck backed out it backed off the driveway and shattered an irrigation line. Water was flowing everywhere. I called Morris Jenkins and they sent Keith to our rescue. He assessed the damage and went to work repairing the pipes. He kept us informed as to what he was doing. Did I mention that all this happened during a cold dark late night call. Keith was covered in mud but remained positive and got the job done. Thank you Keith and Morris Jenkins for being our heroes during our hour of need. We're grateful for your help.

Travis came to my home to do an hvac and ac maintenance check. He was polite, personable and friendly. He covered his shoes with the booties before he entered, discussed the procedure and got right to work. After approximately 30 minutes, he came to me with good news that everything was good and my system is ready for the summer months. We also discussed getting a quote for the crawl space insulation. I will call in the next month or so. I am very pleased with Travis and Morris Jenkins.

Michael is a great person to represent Morris Jenkins! He is knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. We asked about replacing a part we were concerned about. We had Ryan from Morris Jenkins come out for a routine maintenance inspection, and we were extremely impressed with his service. During the visit, he discovered a gas leak that we were completely unaware of. He addressed the issue promptly and took great care of it, which gave us so much peace of mind. Ryan was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. What stood out most was how clearly he explained his findings. He walked us through everything step by step and even showed us pictures he took to support his conclusions. That level of transparency and communication made us feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. Cameron did an excellent job explaining what caused the issue with our heat and helped us clearly understand our options for fixing it. Chase was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining and recommending an HVAC system that truly fit the needs of our home, without any pressure.

Even better, they were able to install the new HVAC system less than 24 hours after diagnosing the problem and helping us reach a decision. Henry and Angel handled the installation and electrical work smoothly and professionally, with no issues at all. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and very informative. Absolutely excellent service! Fast response to service requests, quick appointments, very well trained techs who are excellent at pinpointing the problem quickly, and are extremely helpful with customer service questions. I have had several issues arising from a repair that needs to be made by the city, and they have streamlined that process for me, diagnosing the problem, including imaging and markers to streamline the repairs. Today, I was rescued by AJ and then Gage who did the final diagnostic proof for me to get the city repair. These guys are top notch!

We would definitely recommend Morris-Jenkins to friends and family for plumbing repair services. We were incredibly impressed by how quickly they were able to come out to assess a pipe leakage and make the appropriate repairs. Nate, the technician who was dispatched to us, was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and completely transparent in disclosing his findings, the work that needed to be done, and in giving a cost estimate. We could not have asked for a better experience in terms of service and support. Five stars, hands-down!
