Chris and his team are awesome! I got a new electric water heater and a mini split system installed throughout my home. They did an excellent job, left the place spotless, and explained everything to me every step of the way. Chris really cares about what he does and it shows in the work. I'm very happy with the results! The mini splits work great! I highly recommend Chris and his team!

After reading positive reviews online, I decided to choose Patterson Heating and Air Conditioning to service my HVAC system. The technician, John Black, arrived on time and efficiently serviced all three of my units. Once the work was complete, he took the time to explain the condition of my system in simple terms, highlighting both its strengths and areas that needed attention. He discovered that my heat exchanger was rusted through, which could have led to a dangerous carbon monoxide leak into my home. Patterson's pricing was fair, and I was truly impressed by the level of service and care that John demonstrated. I will definitely be using Patterson for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

I have recently coined term “be a Susan today” because of how amazing she is! She was determined to help us and followed through with everything she said. Because of her we were able to get our air conditioning running in just 24 hours despite every other company telling us it would take 2-2.5 weeks. When I called, I was desperate for help and she was ready for the challenge. She sent John out to our house within an hour and had the “back ordered” part in his hands the next day! John was reassuring and did a great job with fixing our unit! A honest and kind man! Patterson heating and cooling is a 10 stars in my eyes! Feeling very thankful for the people there that have helped us and the deal they cut us!

Highly recommend Patterson Heating & air conditioning! I had a new commercial unit installed by a different company and was having non stop issues every two months. Chris Prescott came out on a Sunday morning to quickly fix an issue we had with our air conditioning system. He identified the problem immediately and made sure our system was fully functioning before leaving

We lost heat on one of the coldest days of the year. Julias, our technician, was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and taking steps to immediately get us back up and running. He was kind, informative, and extremely knowledgeable about our equipment. Overall, we had a great experience with Julias and the entire Patterson team!

Chris Prescott was amazing!! Came into our office and dealt with our AC units ASAP and a very warm personality!!! He fixed the problem under literally 15 minutes and was just incredible!!!

Heat goes out!! Oh, that’s right, we use Patterson Heat & Air. Morning call, with freezing temperatures, Brian was here within 3 hours. Diagnosed the problem. Left and came back with the part need within 30 mins. Job complete and heat running within 20 mins.
We have used Patterson for over 12 years and come to find out Brian has been with them 20 years. What better review could a customer have?
Brian was polite, considerate and knowledgeable about the every aspect of our repair.

We had a service call with a problem in our AC. Andrew from Patterson Heating and Air came and repaired our AC as well as did several PM checks to make sure everything was running ok. His attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism was good to see from this Company. We are new to Patterson Heating and Air and are glad we made the switch.

Chris Prescott came out to do the spring maintenance on my HVAC Unit. He was very thorough with the maintenance work. He didn’t rush through the process just to be able to get done. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing! I was very impressed and hope when my fall maintenance is due that Chris will be the one coming to my townhouse to do the work.
