PC Godfrey put in a exhaust system in my business in 2007 and I have not had a problem with my exhaust system at all and it is now 2021!!! That says something all by itself!!!

I had an issue with my a/c unit and i was sweating and needed help quickly. Ernie , one of the technicians was out to my house with in 10 minutes right before 5 o clock. He was very professional and courteous to our schedule. I will keep their number on my speed dial if I ever have another issue again. !GREAT COMPANY!

Never came by to give me an estimate

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges with scheduling, staffing etc. I also realize the value of communication. PC Godfrey provided zero communication and left me hanging for a service call for 2 days in a row. I had to call both days to request a general timeframe and continued to get call centers or dispatch that would tell me that they would “look into it and give me a call back” yet hours would go by and no call back. At the very least… if your technician is running behind or had to change direction, you could give me some indication of the change.
We have a gas leak at our company office preventing our company from performing tasks required for our daily operation and now 3 days later we must start this process over. I am extremely disappointed and this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. Again this is coming from someone who is quite understanding when it comes to business operations. I have moved on to look for another company and suggest you do the same.

Made an appt on Friday. Told me they couldn’t come out till Monday. Gave them my credit card information. On Monday morning, they emailed me abruptly that they could NOT come due to the rain. Did not try or even attempt to reschedule even though they had my credit card information. No one reached out to me about a new appointment and my emails was unreturned. Wasted 5 days for nothing. And gave my credit card for no reason. I would strongly suggest someone else.
