Mike Adam’s our technician for about a year came out this morning he was on time,he was very thorough and polite he takes great pride in his work, he double and triple checks everything he does ,we couldn’t be more pleased with Mike, his dedication is second to none he is definitely a keeper..

HVAC tech Alex came for my biannual maintenance and did an excellent job. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a customer for a number of years. Prime Comfort installed my system and I am happy with the installation. Barbara in the office is always professional and polite. Cody Moore our service tech today was prompt, friendly and did a great job. I compliment the management in hiring of great people.

Very pleased with the job and the equipment Rene and Jesus installed a few days ago. Ernie, the salesman, was super to work with. I must've asked a couple of dozen questions over a few days prior to deciding to go with them, and he never seemed to tire of answering all in a timely fashion. The job looks very professional and with a Trane AC in our system now, we hope for many years of trouble-free service. Finally, their price beat the competition by a mile! Fast, affordable, friendly and not the least bit pushy or attempting to upsell on anything. I hate that worse than having a tooth pulled.

Jesus and Rene were polite, informative, and really reasonably paced with their job. They seemed to work really well together as a team. Plus jesus is a cutie patootie lol, 5/5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Issac & Brandon did an excellent job. They checked out both units very throughly. They looked at both AC & Heat and explained any issues that needed to be addressed. I was impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism.

Mike Adams was personable yet professional and thorough. I felt he was honest and told me what I needed. Years ago, Brian and Lance were my technicians and I liked their work. So I believe that I will feel the same for Mike.

My first appointment had to be rescheduled due to the rain but both the technician Billy Cole and the Prime Comfort admin were great at communicating that to me.
When Billy showed up, he was professional, friendly and explained the maintenance he was going to perform. He took his time, even asked if I needed my air filter changed out while he was there. I appreciate him stepping up to go above and beyond. Great experience, I definitely recommend Prime Comfort for your HVAC needs.

Prime Comfort just completed a whole house installation consisting of a Split system for the upstairs and a
Gas Pack for the downstairs. This was a two day job that was completed by Rene, Jesus and Brandon in a professional, courteous manner. They always arrived on time, had great communication skills and were a joy to work with. When the job was done, all systems were tested thoroughly and everything was cleaned up just like they never were here. Also a shoutout to Ernie, Primes' comfort coordinator for bringing this project to a successful conclusion.

Rene and Jesus installed my new heating and cooling system today. They were OUTSTANDING - they encouraged questions and answered knowledgably and patiently. They were prompt, efficient, and clean. Highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Prime Comfort. Thinking we desperately need a new AC, Ernie came out, inspected the unit and helped me understand that our system was not dying just yet and just needed a good service. So he sent the Billy, the service technician out later that day. Billy was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Our AC is now running smoother and cooler than ever. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, friendly service that can be trusted to do things right.

Let me just say I’m am so happy that I was able to catch this problem when I did and for this company to come out as quick as they did! Yall need to give Billy Cole a raise or something!
