They understand my needs as a smaller company (probably one of the smallest they work with) and are able to help us out with their ability to get quotes out quickly, deliver equipment to our job sites and provide assistance on Saturdays as needed. They are great about getting (and keeping) the parts, tools and van stock items that we need, in stock so it’s there when we need it. Anytime we have questions about pricing to get quotes together or need information about the equipment they are very, very helpful. If you are a licensed HVAC Contractor, I highly recommend using Reece in Charlotte for your job and van supplies. We just became an Elite Dealer for them and look forward to growing with them.
