Everyone we dealt with from Roby Services was fantastic. Well mannered and having the skills and knowledge to do a professional job, we were extremely pleased with Roby Services.

We recently worked with Roby on a significant remodel and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The professionalism and service from the office staff to the tradesman, specifically Robbie Mann (plumbing) and Jason Barrett (electrical), was outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their home.

I can’t recommend Robbie Mann enough! Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The work was done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and they left the area spotless when finished. The pricing was fair, and the level of professionalism was outstanding. It’s hard to find service providers you can truly trust— Robbie Mann with Roby Service’s has definitely earned mine. I’ll be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Alan and the team were timely, professional and conscientious. Far and away the best experience we have had in Charlotte with smaller home maintenance projects.

The entire Team at Roby Services / Electrical were courteous, prompt to get out and survey, and once I accepted the agreement, they completed their work in the next two days.

Work was completed very efficiently, the conduit and boxes were secured well, and laid out in a very organized manner.

Jake came our to our business and found a solution for us. If we didnt find a solution it would have greatly effected our restaurant.. Jake came out the same day we put the service call in and had a solution within an hour. Thank you to Jake and Roby electrical for always getting us up back and running quickly.

I was very pleased with their service. Not only did they answer the phone, they booked an appointment for the next day, even though my problem was not an emergency. Aaron and Colyn arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. They were very pleasant and explained everything well. A bit pricey, but I was glad to pay for great service.

Needed help fixing a DIY project that went sideways. Adam arrived on time. After a couple of hours of trouble shooting and diagnostics, he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. He showed me the issue and explained it. He also gave some tips and pointers on some of my other DIY wiring projects that was much appreciated.

Matt did an outstanding job fixing my furnace. He was polite, generous with valuable information and gave us a great suggestion to keep our unit up and running smoothly. Thank you Matt M!!!

Arron N. did a great job on an emergency repair to our electrical system that feeds the gas furnace. No switch, no heat. The repair was completed in a timely manner and Arron kept me informed as to the extent of repairs needed. Great job!

Excellent service!
We had to wait until someone could come out to our house which was after 5pm. But they made it and was a delight speaking to Pedro. Attentive to our needs, polite, and got the job done in no time.

Brandon was great! Very knowledgeable and resolved and checked several plumbing issues we were having. Thank you.

We have had a great experience working with Matt at ROBY services. They stepped in quickly to help with HVAC repairs after a windstorm. We have used them for additional maintenance and other needs. They communicate really well and always provide options.

Jake from Roby did an amazing job. He was able to solve all of my electrical issues in under 30 minutes—something four previous electricians were unable to do. He was extremely thoughtful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire appointment.

What impressed me most was how clearly he explained what he was doing and why, which gave me total confidence in the work. It’s rare to find someone with both the technical skill and the customer care he showed.

I would highly recommend Jake and the team at Roby. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Local municipality fixed a leak that was their responsibility but debris from their fix (sand,dirt) got into water heater prv and our water pressure was significantly diminished….Kristopher from Roby came the same day(which was a Saturday) and replaced the prv on water heater and fixed us right up. Kristopher was very professional and had great customer service skills along with his plumbing skills. It was obvious from the start that he knew what the problem was as well as the solution.We would definitely use his service’s again.

LeAnn has always been proactive in scheduling spring and fall HVAC inspections. I'm grateful for her professionalism.

I just had another wonderful experience with Roby services. Kris came out and repaired one of my showers. He had to replace the shower valve and trim. He was very thorough and conscientious and provided great customer service.

Roby Services replaced my water heater and a tub spout. They were knowledgeable, competent, very courteous, and did high quality work. I am 100% satisfied.

Vince was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed a complex situation and came up with an efficient solution. He took the time to explain everything in the detail that I wished and in a way that was understandable. We look forward to interacting with him again in the future.
