I could not be happier with my service. Like most of us, I came home and noticed my AC wasn’t working and started frantically scrolling Google reviews. I’ve never worked with any local AC company before but I knew of one I wanted to avoid because I heard so much about high prices (MJ) and I had some concrete work done before and the first guy ripped me off. Anyways, Omar came out within the hour and worked tirelessly- it was about a 3 hour process that started around 7:30 to diagnose an issue with the last homeowner using faulty wiring. He said it was a specific, rare issue. Got it priced and fixed and my ac is now working better than it was before it broke. Could not be more thankful for Super Cool and Omar. Fast, honest, fair priced. Plus, generously giving knowledge this young homeowner who is not an AC guru wouldn’t know. This is literally the most pleased I’ve been with anyone from a company of any kind visiting my home.

Mitchell is a lifesaver. A/C went out Friday evening, called on Saturday and he was able to fix everything same day. By Saturday evening, the townhouse was at a nice 68 degrees.

Mitchell goes above and beyond for his customers. His Saturday was fully booked, and still made time to fix my A/C issues before calling it a day. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything to me.

A really good lesson on HVAC/ Gas Pack system. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the entire install. The technician and his crew were awesome…. Before they left Darryl asked and made sure we had a carbon monoxide detector… we did….. if we did not he had one waiting in the truck. This is my 1st time using this company I read the reviews and was very impressed. I did get a recommendation from another client of theirs that just sealed the deal for me. This company really cares about servicing the client in the best way and customer service is important to them.

Needed a new unit and supercool was great to work with. They explained everything and made clear what to expect. Originally scheduled for 2 days but took 2.5 not because they are slow but because Daryl, Tyler, and their crew were making sure it was done correctly and everything agreed upon was completed.

My heating was struggling when the temp wasn’t even that cold outside and Sandro came out spent time diagnosing the problem and explaining to me what process he went through. We also discussed maintenance to be done next spring and Sandro was super helpful and very thorough. Everything is now working fine and I really appreciate this company!!

I sent a message late in the evening using their website and the following morning I had emails to get an appointment set that same day. The tech that assisted me, Sandro, had perfect communication with me and was able to arrive early! He clearly talked through what his process was, identified the problem and was able to get my AC back up and running in record time. Super quick and professional service and very fair pricing.

I had Rob and Noah and they were FANTASTIC! They were efficient and friendly. They worked with my dog who can be a lot and really made sure everything was in place before leaving! They get a 10/10 in my book

We can’t speak highly enough of the entire team. Our heat went out during extremely cold temperatures while we had travel plans. Not only did we receive a fair quote far below other providers without even coming onsite, but the team offered solutions to keep our house warmer while we were away. The installers did an excellent job & went above and beyond.

Mitchell was excellent, communicated everything that needed to be repaired, troubleshooted and gave a complete breakdown of all issues and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend his services.

Courtland was very nice and professional. He did his due diligence to make sure what was causing the issue was fixed. He fixed my issue for a very reasonable price. I will be using SuperCool again.

Sandro was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. He took his time to ensure that nothing was missed and really seemed like he cared about me as the customer. I will definitely be using Super Cool in the future. I think everyone should try them at least once even if its just for regulation maintenance.

I wanted a second opinion on my HVAC unit, and Ganen knew that replacement would be the right course of action. I don’t know much about HVAC, but he was able to explain the problem to me, and helped me understand what would need to happen next. He did his job quickly and expertly. This young man clearly knows his trade and I would certainly recommend him to anyone in my community.

Mitchel reached out immediately and the technician, Courtland, was awesome. Arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He had me running again within the hour. Very honest and informative with issues and recommendations and extremely easy to communicate with. We will definitely call again for any future needs.

Have used supercool three times now and have been very happy with the quality of work, the fact that the don’t upsell but present stuff that may need attention in the future, the responsiveness of the front office, and overall experience. I recently joined their maintenance program as well and happy with the service.

Awesome group of folks! We had them come out to take a look at our condo’s unit. Although they didn’t have a ladder tall enough to reach our 40-foot roof, they still gave us a helpful preliminary diagnosis and even recommended other companies that could assist. They didn’t charge a call-out fee either, which was greatly appreciated. Based on how we were treated, I will absolutely go out of my way to use them again in the future.

I am very satisfied with the job that Super Cool has done it only with installing my AC unit back in May, but also troubleshooting and fixing an issue with my furnace. Specifically, both Omar and Sandro were both very thorough and professional. They fixed an issue that two other companies couldn't figure out.

Courtland came today and did a great job inspecting our furnace. He noted some times that we should be aware of for potential future issues. Very happy with our service from Super Cool HVAC.
