On 11/4/25 I ordered a part and the gentleman at the counter Instructed me that it would be ready for pick up on Friday 11/7/25. I had a job in Mooresville Friday morning that ran over, but I got on the highway and zoomed to this Trane location And made it in the door at 4:57 PM. I tried calling twice to see if I could pay for the part over the phone so I could just walk in and pick it up, but I stayed on hole several minutes each with no one coming to assist me. (Picture of phone records included) I pulled into the parking lot, which is visible from the front counter and ran up the steps and made it in the door with at least two minutes until closing. As I ran up the stairs and walked in the building. A gentleman was walking towards the door and looked back at his employee and said “ I guess it’s time to wrap it up.” I asked are tou guys closing up. He looked at me and said “yes, Looks like you’re gonna have to come in Monday!” I mainly deal with United refrigeration on Church Street. In all of my years I have never experienced this type of customer service. Especially when I have a part that’s already ordered that I just need to pick up. It’s like he took pride in telling me that I had to come back Monday. As an African American business owner I felt belittled. This was my first transaction with Trane and hopefully my last

Run far, far away. Worst system I ever had.

Quality not what use to be.

Warranty very very limited. Won't help you pay for repairs.

Horrible - save yourself some time and find a different place for your AC parts. Rude workers, poor inventory the exact opposite of what you are looking for.

Nothing but problems out of my trane heat pump. I have more money in repair bills than what the unit cost me brand new. It's a constant money pit

Unless you have a couple of days to waste, don't bother calling these guys. You'll sit on hold for hours. You might have better luck calling McDonald's for tech support!
