Had a problem with the water line to my fridge.
Wasted my time and money with Lowes and Home Depot and ended up at Ferguson.
Walked in, hold up the piece and the expert knew immediately what I had in my hand and had to tell me that they don't carry this special size appliance tube.
Normally a conversation would end here.
Not for Ferguson. The super nice gentleman looked up immediately the right store and I walked out with name, phone and address of the right store.
That is FIRST CLASS customer service.

I had the pleasure of having Dustin assist me with some shower items for a remodel project we are doing. What a sigh of relief after dealing with the big box stores!! He was so helpful, readily answered my questions, and got our items ordered swiftly. Thank you!
