Customer service was excellent when I called to set up the appointment. Technician Jake came on time and was very professional, explained and fixed our clogged pipe issue. Overall, excellent service experience from the company.

Called Jason @ Zoom on Friday afternoon for a toilet that would not flush. He quoted me a price and said that the next afternoon he would be out. It was not an emergency as this was just the guest bathroom so the following afternoon was perfect.

The next morning I received a call from Jason saying he would be by in an hour. Only 40 mins later him and his guys were there (already a great start).

After assessing the situation they proceed to work quickly and got everything fixed up in about 20 mins.
They also took care not to make a mess, and cleaned up well after.

I was also charged less than the quoted price.....so overall 5 stars for great service, prompt arrival, and honest pricing. I will def recommend and call them again if anything goes wrong.

Juan came to my rescue. He did in a couple of hours what our crew spent the past two days trying to do. Needless to say the crew left here angry, and I was ecstatic when Juan was done. Thank you.

I could not recommend Zoom more highly; they were great! Jay was extremely responsive and helpful. Duane, the technician, offered the wisdom that only comes with his twenty years of experience. Not only did they clear my main drain, but they scoped the line, both downstream and upstream of the cleanout, at no additional charge. With this, we were able to diagnose the problem and save me thousands in unnecessary repairs. They also recorded the entire scope on video and emailed me it for my reference. I would call them and recommend them in a heartbeat!

Had several downspout/french drains that were full of tree roots. Scheduling an appointment with Jason was very easy. They notified me that they could come out a day earlier and sent another message when the technician was on there way. Duane arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations on the best ways to approach the issue. The drains were cleared quickly with no damage to the property. Very professional, courteous, and effective. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Had a sewer backup on a Saturday. Company technician Duane came out and diagnosed issue without charging prior. Worked fast to remedy the main sewer backup and cleaned up area after job was completed. Happy with how quickly they responded, highly recommended.

Rob of Zoom drain did an amazing job! Experienced, personable, kind and considerate. Also didn’t charge as much as some awful companies I’ve worked with (like being quoted $150 to replace the toilet handle!). Highly recommend!

Daniel was professional and courteous the entire time he was insight. No one is ever having a good day when they call a plumber out, but Daniel did great work and had the drains running again in no time.

These guys provide quick service and honest opinions they helped me achieve the goal I was going for and fixing something for the short term at the moment while we consider the longer term options. I definitely recommend trying out Zoom drain when you need them

Duane Smith is the best around. He is a great man and a wonderful technician. He has many years of experience so that was very beneficial. He got the job done correctly and is very personable. I will definitely call him again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

Donald explained they issue after his analysis of the problem, detailed the steps he was taking, and completed the job. He did a good clean-up afterwards.

After finding that the bathroom drain was clogged up I tried everything I knew to clear it but couldn't get it done. I called Zoom and spoke with Jason who was very professional and quickly got me an appointment for tonight. (On a Sunday). I got a text about 45 minutes before the technician arrived with his picture so I knew who to be looking for . Duane showed up and immediately assessed the problem and quickly took care of the issue. Even gave me tips on how to prevent further issues in the future. Duane has to be the most professional technician I have had in my home. With how well Duane handled the issue and how quickly they took care of the problem we are customers for life. I plan to spread the word about Zoom Drain and just how amazing they are.

Outstanding service. I run a restaurant group in the area. Called after hours. They had someone out less than two hours later. They fixed the issue we paid another plumber to tell us couldn’t be fixed. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs

Excellent fast and attentive service. Zoom booked an appointment and resolved our issue within 3 hours. The tech was detailed oriented and did great work.

Joe came out quick and got my blockage situation solved. I found the services provided to be better, cheaper, and longer coverage than some of the other plumbing companies. Zoom is gonna be my 1st call for future problems, experience was great.

For the same price other companies quoted just to clear a blockage, Zoom cleared it and did a pressure through the inside.

Andreas and Jamie were great. We had a blocked outdoor drain that was causing our patio to flood during (and for a while after) every rain storm. They were able to come out the very next day after I called and quickly fixed the issue! A+++

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Although I didn’t have the pleasure to be there in person to meet Duane, my husband did. We had an issue where everything was backed up due to a clog. We couldn’t even stay at our home because we had no bathroom to use. We were away from our home for almost a week. We had a previous plumber come out who took days to trouble shoot and just didn’t get it done. Then, our home warranty company sent someone from Zoom Drain. Not even being at our home for 5 mins, Duane diagnosed the issue, explained everything that was going on, and had the problem fixed in not even an hour. He even gave us info about what we could do to prevent clogs. Duane also informed us of possible causes if we were to have anymore issues. But, upon returning home, everything was running smoothly. I also want to add that we had an appointment, but due to cancellations they were more than happy to come to our home sooner than expected. They really worked with us to get to our home as soon as they could. Thank you so much to Duane at Zoom Drain for providing such care, knowledge, and professionalism. You were an answer to prayer!

Service was great! Used them for rental property while I was out of state. Easy to schedule. Technician kept me informed with pictures and updates! I will use again as my first choice!

Needed a sewer drain cleared at a higher end rental and Zoom came through. It was nice that they did not charge me an initial service fee and clearing fee was extremely reasonable. They even came back for a followup when we had the same issue a few days later (stuff like that happens on old sewer lines). I will recommend them to my fellow investors.
