This was the easiest process I have ever experienced with any type of home repair. I’ve lived in my house for 33 years and have had several different repair services. Wood Mitchell was super friendly and very easy to work with. He handled every detail from start to finish, followed up with the crew while the work was being done , and also made sure that once it was completed, everything met to my satisfaction. I have recommended him to several other individuals. I highly recommend wood Mitchell and Ameri Pro for repairs

AmeriPro Roofing team did a great job replacing the roofing shingles of my home. They arrived and completed the roof replacement on time and in a timely manner. The roofing crew was very courteous and removed the roofing debris before leaving the jobsite. Their sales team were polite and supportive with interacting with my home insurance company to submit the roof replacement estimate and complete the roof replacement with the insurance approved dollar amount. I highly recommend them.

Excellent company to work with, really appreciate Joey Phillips' (field supervisor) expert knowledge and help to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. The roofing crew were quick and efficient and did a great job with the clean up. Very happy with the overall experience and would definitely go back to them for any future roofing needs.

Joey Phillips of Ameripro did a fantastic job of helping to get us a new roof! His company helped the insurance company see that there was hail damage and supported me in my claim. When the crew came out to roof the house, they did a wonderful job. I am very happy with Mr. Phillips and Ameripro.

Todd Hovick with Ameripro Roofing made our roofing experience exceptional from start to finish. Todd went above and beyond and kept an eye on the whole process from start to finish (initial calls/paperwork/follow-up on scheduling/installation/completion) and did multiple follow-ups with us to make sure we didn't have any additional questions or concerns. The crew that installed the roof worked very hard and went extra steps to make sure they didn't damage anything on the ground that we may have missed putting up. I had storm damage to my roof which caused water damage inside. Reached out to Joey Phillips with AmeriPro Roofing. Joey came out next day to check my roof. I filed insurance claim for damages Joey found. AmeriPro was out the next week. Had my roof completed in 1 day! I recommend anyone with storm damage to their roof to reach out to Joey with AmeriPro, he is very friendly, professional and responsive! And my roof looks GREAT!

So far, we’ve been extremely pleased with the roof we had replaced by Ameripro. Theron was our sales rep and he was extremely personable and great to work with. He helped us to have our storm damaged roof replaced and approved by our insurance company within just a few weeks! I’ve since referred him/them to others in the area because the process was seamless!
One note-
The contracted roofing company that came to replace the roof did leave 40+ nails around our yard from our own roof but thankfully our kids somehow didn’t get hurt and instead brought them our way.

The representative Dan at Ameripro roofing was extremely helpful with assisting me on getting my roof done. He was very patient and kept me updated every step of the way. He even went above and beyond to help me make sure I could get assistance from my home insurance with my roof since I am a first time home buyer. He also made sure the contractors had everything delivered to the right home and he checked in on the roofing project as it was getting completed. He provided helpful resources and information when it can to the roofing process. Overall, the Ameripro roofing company kept all lines of communication open and it was easily accessible to get in contact with someone. Thank you Ameripro roofing.

I appreciated how efficiently Ameripro handled this process starting with my representative and friend Adam Troy. I was fortunate to know Adam personally and knew I could trust him with our roofing project and was not disappointed. Every aspect of the job was handled well and went as planned and Ameripro reps were on the ball with communication Their crew was amazing, so hats off to those roofers for the work they did that day in the heat. Know that they will be at your house at sunup! Well done! Very happy with the results!

The beginning of this experience was rough but Judith made it easier every steps of the way. She explained the whole process and assisted us every day until the replacement was over. She also followed up with me to make sure that everything was good. I recommend Judith and her company to everyone. They are not all crooks I promise

Fast and friendly! Joey Phillips worked with us and our insurance company and helped with the whole process. The roof went up quickly and payment was easy. Highly recommend.

I was very skeptical at first, because I never filed a house claim before, thankfully, and I heard a lot of stories.
But Ms. Lauren seemed very sincere, and after a short conversation, assured me that I don’t have anything to lose if I let them inspect my roof. They did all the work for us, and not only that but after they finally convinced me that it’s worth asking for a second inspection, my whole roof was approved and smaller other side damages, after it was rejected first time. We could never see from the ground how damaged is the roof, because we don’t climb on it every 2 months, nor we have an eye for these details.
Dan M took over early in the process, and I can’t say enough good thing especially about his character, his promptness, his willing to go the extra mile, and give me all the assurance I needed regarding the money transaction.
He’s one of those only a handful of very ambitious and hard-working young men.
I was perplexed to go from non-approved to fully approved, and it took a while until they made me understand that I have nothing to lose, and if approved they guarantee that all I pay them is my deductible.
We couldn’t have done that on our own.
So, thank you Dan, thank you happy, hardworking crew, and AmeriPro.

Colin Bramlett was such a pleasure to work with. He really stepped up and took over the whole process from the beginning including contacting my insurance company. He gave me options to choose from and he talked me through the whole process and checked in from beginning to end. I highly recommend him and the work that AmeriPro Roofing did!

Colin Bramlett was a dream to work with he was so helpful through this whole ordeal I was worried about the cost and the deductible he went above and beyond he checked every room in my home at the attic found so much additional damage that I was not aware of I was able to get a full roof replacement new gutters and covered the deductible with money in my pocket. ameripro is a dream to work with colin is absolutely the best I recommend him to anyone all my family and friends are going to use him if there's a storm I will make a social media post as a reference use colin thank you so much Ameripro

Getting a new roof couldn't be easier with AmeriPro! My salesman, Louis,was wonderful! He always answered my calls and my questions with patience. Crystal was my contact at the office and was always a pleasure to talk to and was very informative. I would truly recommend AmeriPro to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced!

Adam Troy did an amazing job making the whole process seamless. The paperwork, filing an insurance claim, and completion of the project happened in the blink of an eye which is great since my house is now under contract to sell! I couldn't be happier.

I'd also like to add that while the roof was being replaced the communication from the back-office was amazingly proactive and efficient.

I wish all companies would operate so efficiently!
