Justin's Tree Service was Awesome! They were very responsive to texts and getting us a quote. They removed 3 full grown Bradford Pear trees that were very close to 2 houses with ease! They worked as a team of 6 to remove and haul away all debris in record time. I can not say enough good things about them!!

I feel like I can't add much to the positive accolades which are already posted about Justin's tree service. But to reiterate, the work is top notch, the people who do the cutting and removal are excellent, and the customer response to questions is virtually instantaneous. The pricing is more than fair and from start to finish this company has you covered. They took down a huge river birch tree with a lot of holly bushes and small trees and absolutely nothing was damaged. Just fantastic!

I do not write reviews - until now. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Everything was top notch.They listened to what I wanted done, understood my perspective and were honest in what they could do. The communication was outstanding from the initial contact to the end of the job. We had a tree removed and some trees trimmed back. the clean up was exceptional (they even removed some branches my husband was going to put out for yard waste pick up!). A special shout out to the gentleman that ground the tree stump - he went above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction. Everyone I met with this company has been a pleasure to work with. I wanted to recommend Justin's Tree Service for any tree work you may need. We had a very large willow oak tree in our back yard that had been evaluated and recommended for removal due to decay in excess of 35% of its trunk. The tree had very limited access due to power lines running directly next to and behind the tree prohibiting crane removal from the front of the house. Crane removal from behind would have required a 120 ton crane to reach over the power lines and cooperation from an adjacent commercial property owner.

We met with most tree companies in Charlotte (10+) and only three were willing to provide a quote for this complex job. We moved forward with Justin and he worked through all of the coordination required with Duke Energy, the adjacent commercial property owner, crane operators and other logistical issues. Justin stuck with our project and found a solution that worked for everyone and did not impose any additional cost or risk on me as the property owner. He kept me up to date throughout the process.

Although we were unable to use a crane, the tree removal went smoothly and safely. Justin's well qualified climbers cut and lowered the tree to the ground where it was transported through our property for chipping and removal at the street. They removed all wood and debris and cleaned the site at the end of each day. They protected my hardscape from the equipment traffic required for the removal. The entire team was friendly and professional.

I have used many tree companies in my 25+ years living in Charlotte and Justin's Tree Service has been the best. Thank you, Justin.

Last year, my next door neighbor used Justin’s Tree Services to remove several tall pine trees so based on the good work I saw firsthand and great reviews on NextDoor, I hired them to remove 7 pine trees which were towering over my home. Today, the work was performed on time and professionally by the crew.

I plan to have additional trees cut down next year and I would definitely use them for that job.

I highly recommend their services. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently used Justin’s Tree Service to remove a dead tree in our front yard. Everything was fantastic!! From the initial contact, to the communication along the way, the fair price, and the excellent work. They came while we were gone and when I returned home, I couldn’t even tell they had been there other than the tree was gone. I highly recommend!!

Justin's crew were here for over two hours taking down six trees and a large Holly. They did a fantastic job in their removal and yard cleanup after. His price was very competitive - I highly recommend his services.

This is the second time that I have used Justin’s Tree Service because they are arborists, they care about the aesthetics and are able to give great advice if you’re not sure how you like trees pruned.

Justin's Tree Service is phenomenal!! Justin is professional and a great communicator. Although his estimate is not the least expensive and there is a wait time for his services they are so worth the wait and expense. His crew showed up on time, were professional, accommodating and very hard workers. The crew took out 8 very large trees and 3 medium trees as well as trimming many others. They worked great as a team and were very careful not to damage any property, leaving our premises looking much better than when they arrived. I would definitely use them again and refer them without hesitation. Thanks Justin and Crew for all you did for us. We really appreciate everything.

The team was able to fit us in early, very professional, asked me to approve their work as they progressed, and left our yard and sidewalks spotless after trimming no less than 5 big trees and removing 2. Great experience and value!

These guys are simply the best - I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect from communication to tree removal to cleanup. We had a pretty large oak in between our house and our neighbor's that required a crane to be parked in my front yard. The care they took while prepping and cleaning up was above and beyond anything I expected - you could not tell a massive crane had been parked in my grass for a couple hours.
It's clear Justin and his whole team take a great deal of pride in doing things the right way.
