JB and Enrico repaired and cleaned my dryer vent which had come loose in the crawlspace. They went beyond what I expected. JB put a metal strap on the vent pipe under the house so it wouldn't come loose again and it was in a a very difficult spot to get to. He showed me pictures of the repair. And Enrico, not only repaired the flexible duct on the back of my dryer, he also cleaned the space behind and under the dryer, then also cleaned the baseboards and wiped down both the washer and dryer tops. The room looks great! They were very professional! Thanks AdvantaClean!

During the sale of my home, the inspector found an issue in my crawl space. I contacted Chris Pridgen at AdvantaClean, he inspected and scheduled the job of remediation the following week.

Gibbon put together a remediation plan and got me a fantastic quote really quick. Not to be outdone, his team came in and got the job done a day earlier than promised. I hope I never have a mold problem again but if I do, I'm calling AdvantaClean of York County and South Charlotte.

The guys were great, right on time and explained how they were going to clean the air ducts from inside the house as well as from the crawl space. When they finished they showed me all the mold and mildew their machine had taken out. It was disgusting!! Probably my imagination but I feel like I breathe better after seeing that “stuff” being removed! Would definitely recommend Advanta Clean.
