Wow. Finally someone who fixes the Hvac problem. Will save me money too because it was pulling 5x the power to run. They knew right away what was wrong and fixed it. Best price too. My HVAC is old, but now it runs like new.

My heat went out on a cold weekend. They came out, found the problem right away. The informed me what the issue was, and provided me options and estimates. They are always willing to explain and answer any questions. They let you know before work begins what needs to be done and costs. Always on time and did an amazing job. Recently moved to Clayton and my old HVAC company, who I had an annual maintenance contract with, did not service this area of town, so I had to find someone new. A friend recommended Arctic Air, and they did not disappoint.

James came out right after I moved in this summer to check out the HVAC systems on my house and make sure everything was good to go. He was able to clean the coils on the condenser and educate me about the systems I inherited with my home. Did a great job.

I just had him come back out again this fall as the seasons turn, to do a little more maintenance and ensure the heating was working properly and ready for the coming cooler weather. He showed up right on time, got the work done, and ensured we're all set for when winter comes.

For what it's worth - if you don't have an annual maintenance plan on your HVAC, you should strongly consider it. After I had to replace a full system several years ago at an old house because I neglected to maintain it, I realized the cost to maintain is much cheaper in the long run and helps everything stay running like it should for as long as possible. Arctic Air's pricing is very reasonable for this service, and I am glad I found them.

I have used Artic Air for a family home and my home. They installed a new AC system with some challenges. They have great communication. I also had to use them to fix a duct work issue with a dryer duct that another so-called company did wrong. He fixed it perfectly and charged less than the so-called duct repair company. James is easy to work with, and that makes a big difference. I hope the company owner knows how great he os with the customer.

The heat pump on my duel system wasn't working on a really cold weekend. I called Arctic air service person and he told me the heat pump was probably frozen and to use the emergency heat which was gas heat only and wait till the next day when it thaws out some and spray it with water hose no pressure. If that didn't work to call him back and he would come check it out. It worked and I thank him for stopping to explain it to me.
