Next Level Electric was outstanding! We had an outside outlet that had stopped working and we didn't know how to fix it. I reached out to Next Level and they were quick to respond, easy to set up a schedule, gave reminders of the appointment time, and when he showed up, he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did the job right! He knew just what he was doing. He got our outlet fixed the same day, and the price was great. While he was here, we talked about future projects we need him for and we are very much looking forward to working with him again.

Our house was on the market and we scheduled an electrician to come out for repairs based on the buyer's inspection report. That electrician pushed us off despite a known tight timeline so we contacted Next Level Electric and they came out lightning fast to help us AND determined the inspection report had some inaccurate information.

They were very knowledgeable and were able to better explain the REAL issues which ended up not being as bad the inspection report implied, saving us a lot of money from unnecessary repairs. I appreciated their attentiveness to our time crunch, their honesty and workmanship. It is very hard to find vendors to actually show up and do good work at an honest price these days. So I highly recommend Next Level Electric if that's the kind of vendor you're looking ofr!
