Honest, priced right!

Super nice guys! Great work at a affordable price!

I've had to replace 2 HVAC units, I've used them for both, and I'll use them next time one breaks also.

Came right away, explained what was wrong and he listened and he included it in the diagnosis . Experienced and fast . Price was reasonable and fair. Will use again if in need

Jonathan was fantastic at coming by immediately when we lost heat during the winter and stayed late into the darkness to get everything installed that day.

A few months later the unit was having trouble keeping up with the summer heat. After I texted him he came by the next day, fixed the issue with the unit, and got the house cooled again.

They stand by their work, and have been great to work with. We will be using them once we finish our home to install an additional unit for the upstairs.

Had a great experience with Quality First. They were very responsive and came out to look at our A/C unit within an hour of calling. The following day they replaced the unit at a very reasonable price and were punctual with good communication throughout. Really appreciated working with these guys!

Super fast response, great work. I called 3-4 other AC places and no one could comeout when my heat was out and its 20° out. Called Quality First Heating & Air, they came out 45 minutes later. The saved me so much stress and money. I highly reccomend giving them a call.

Honestly I cannot thank Quality First enough. They have been out to my house twice now, both for emergencies. They were quick to respond and arrived as soon as possible. Both times they did a fantastic job of explaining what is wrong and the costs.

Fast response and they showed up quickly but they where not able to diagnose my issue and stated that I need to contact the company that typically services my unit because the wiring colors are wrong at my outside unit. I did contact the company(Carolina Comfort air) and they came out the same day and diagnosed the issue with a faulty temp sensor at my indoor unit very quickly.
