I got water stains on my ceiling right below the bathroom on the second floor. Eric came and explained few scenarios. He first checked the toilet which was the suspect but it turned out to be fine. Next, he noticed a stain below the water spout in the bathtub. After some investigation he isolated the problem by having a bad gasket. He made a warranty claim that got approved and fixed the issue the same visit. Eric is a pleasant, honest and professional plumber to work with that knows what he is doing. Highly recommended.

This review is for a residential tankless water heater and water main shutoff valve installation.

The first time we talked, Pro/Maxx One was willing to work with me and gave plenty of options. Purchase my own equipment and they would install it, or buy entirely through them; coordinate permitting and inspections; financing options on request; flexible installation time frame, etc.

We set up an initial consult and met Eric. Very friendly, extremely respectful and we went over the scope of the work together. Really knowledgeable guy. We came to an agreement on what size heater to use and he gave me a ballpark estimate that was on par with what I expected. He sent me a budgetary quote shortly thereafter and I sat on it in order to do some shopping around.

I really didn't expect them to be able to beat what I could get the heater for at a home improvement store with a military discount, but the Pro/Maxx One price of the exact same model with accessories was slightly better than I could get it for. I didn't believe it and it wasn't like they picked the heater - that final decision was left to me. I decided which model I'd like to go with and they came back with their price. I called them back and verified we were comparing the same water heater, then verified it AGAIN when Eric showed up with it.

Once we settled on a water heater, it only took about a week of lead time for them to obtain the new heater, obtain the permits, and perform the installation. Eric was ready with a service van full of everything he needed and came prepared on arrival. Really appreciate his attention to detail and how professional the water, gas and electric lines look. Job was finished in the allotted time frame and Eric let me pick an inspection day that worked with my schedule. The town inspector who arrived even commented he knew Eric's work and had good experiences following his service.

Pro/Maxx One and Eric in particular did such a fantastic job and I'm incredibly happy. The "service triangle" says you can have something done fast, with high quality, and for low cost: but you can only choose two. This time I got all three.

This is one great company! The entire process was neat and efficiently handled, from the initial phone call to the service visit itself. Work was done professionally and neatly. Eric is very good at what he does and is quick about it too. Price was reasonable. Response time was quick and this was not even an emergency. Thank you Pro Maxx One!
