great service , needed drive sealed around edges next to house and took time to research and fine the best product for the value to use. Fixed small leak in roof hard to find , took more time to find than fix and was a very cheap price for time spent

Had half of the house remodeled, very happy with how it turned out. Michael was true to his word and did the work in a timely manner. Found a minor issue, something a plumber did, about a year later and Michael was quick to make it right.

Michael just completed our forever home and we couldn’t love it more. It was our first time working with a contractor and Michael took the time to walk us through each and every step. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. If there were ever any issues, he made sure to explain and give us multiple options on how we could proceed. He’s a great guy to work with and we couldn’t recommend him more.

There are not enough kind words I can say, but I will try. We bought a house and immediately began to discover countless problems. To make matters worse, a few "bad" contractors took us into an even further state of disarray before finally finding Michael.
He helped us bring the home back from very messy "down to the studs" state to being able to see a light at the end of a tunnel and finally getting it to a move-in state.
Beyond the actual renovations work, we did have some more surprises along the way. However, Michael's single best quality was regular communication, understanding, and fairness throughout the process. You will always encounter problems as you enter into any project, but finding someone that can work with you, helps identify solutions, and seeks fair compromise is worth all its weight in gold.

So impressed with Thomas Construction! We asked them to put up a wall to replace a railing and close off the loft on the second floor of our home that overlooked the first floor. They do high quality work for a very reasonable price. Everyone was super professional and you can tell they knew what they were doing. So grateful! We will absolutely be working with Thomas Construction in the future.
