Personable and knowledgeable. Takes the time to think a project through, and then do it efficiently. Able to scale up or down a project to fit your budget. Gives a clear plan and executes it well. Kenneth Wilson (owner/operator) and his local crew came out quickly to take down a mature oak that had died, and then they easily (and affordably) added a couple more large trees we had been considering for removal. Would definitely use again.
