We use and recommend Biggs Electric a lot. As plumbers, sometimes we need some electrical work done to finish our job. We have been very pleased with them. We no longer recommend anyone else.

Corey and his crew were on time, professional and efficient. Corey was knowledgeable and experienced and the work was top quality. They even came back to install a dimmer that I had forgotten to request the next day. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Corey and his team are always very responsive. Nice to find a professional company that is willing to do smaller household add ons. They’ve completed work on two different homes of ours installing outlets for hung TVs, bidets, and extra garage outlets. Quality work!

I’ve used Biggs Electrical for three jobs so far. Cory and team are honest, fair and do quality work. I have had them replace a bathroom fan, add dedicated outlets, replace all 2 prong outlets to three prong grounded and install two outdoor cameras. They go above and beyond to inform and give options and offer pricing that beats their competitors. I recommend them completely!

Corey helped us fix an electrical issue in our fairly newer house. He came out the same day I called which was late on a Friday. He stayed as long as it took to figure it out and test his solution. He was friendly and clear with explaining his process. In the end, even though he was there for longer than he anticipated, he charged exactly what he said on the phone. As a family of 5, we really appreciated that. :)

Excellent customer service! Cory diagnosed our electrical issue with our outlet in the garage. He even used a GFI outlet that i purchased for other projects. Great experience i highly recommend Biggs Electric!

Biggs was very friendly & insightful both over the phone and in person. My electrical issue was very minor in the grand scheme of things, but as someone who has zero knowledge of electrical work they were very accommodating to my needs. They helped me with the issue over the phone first to try to help keep some money in my pocket, which I thought was kind, but of course my stubbornness overlooked a minor detail & I couldn't figure it out. Regardless, they were prompt in coming to my house to fix the problem & of course did it in no time at all with an eager willingness to help. If another electrical issue ever comes up, whether big or small, I'll certainly be using Biggs again. It was much appreciated!

Excellent service. Called Corey and asked if he could work me into his schedule to take a look at some things on a new home, he came out the same day and fixed a short in a junction box for us. We will only use Biggs electrical from here on out.

Full remodel of the middle level of a split level. Biggs came in to perform all of the electrical work including appliance hookups, rewiring, new lighting and fixtures, and under cabinet lighting. They also installed a surge protector and generator hookup on my main panel. As well as adding fixtures and outlets and new lighting through the lower level of the house.

I can rarely say anything good about contractors I’ve hired. But Biggs is different. Responsive, timely, quality work for a quality price. Great group of guys. The communication was impeccable! I wouldn’t trust my electrical needs with anybody else!

Biggs Electric came in clutch for me always! They installed my ceiling fan in my daughters room last year and it was done very well. We bought a home that didn’t have lights upstairs! WEIRD! I wasn’t happy, so had to find somebody to help us out! Biggs did such a great job with my daughters ceiling fan, that I had to use them again! They came in clutch when I needed my dishwasher outlet moved closer. They also installed 2 new ceiling fans last month and recessed lights! I won’t use no one else and you shouldn’t either. I’m telling you, they’ll be in and out! But it’ll be worth the time once you make the call!

We hired Biggs Electrical after a storm did some damage to our home and we were in need of electrical repair and replacement. We ended up upgrading a few light fixtures and installing new fixtures at the same time. The electricians were very professional, on time, communicated well and demonstrated patience as husband and I debated on placement of fixtures. 10/10 experience and would hire again if needing additional electrical work.

I have had Biggs Electrical come to my home on several occasions now and I feel guilty this is my first time posting a review. Let me just say, I wouldn't even consider another electrician! Every interaction has been great, helpful, and quick! Professional and highly skilled- what more do you want? Hands down best electrician in North Carolina in my opinion.

I have used Biggs Electrical twice now. The first time Cory, Luis, Kevin and another gentleman did an electrical panel upgrade, installed four outside electrical outlets and a security camera. They arrived on time. They were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable fast and efficient. They walked us through everything they did.

Today, several months later, I called Cory for another need. He said he was busy with a job and could not personally come, but he would get his guys to take care of me. A few short hours later, Luis and Kevin showed up! Kevin even remembered my daughter's name! I needed to have another security camera installed. They were their amazingly quick & friendly selves. They made sure it was positioned where it needed to be. They made sure I was happy with everything and told me to call if I needed them to adjust it or any other assistance I may need. I happily paid them and off they went.

This next part AMAZES me. My foot is in a cast and have limited mobility, muchless able to climb a ladder. I called Luis and Kevin back and asked if they would turn around because the reset button needed to be pressed and I could not get on the 12' plus ladder to do this feat. Without hesitation they turned around and helped me out!

If you ever have an electrical need of any kind, Cory, the owner, Luis and Kevin are the men for the job. Again, the are very professional, reasonably priced for the quality of work they do.

Biggs Electrical will be who we use for ALL of our electrical needs.

Outstanding local electrical company! Quality, skilled, efficient work, plus their careful attention to detail, made the whole experience very pleasant. The price was fair and their communication was excellent. We have many home projects in the future and our first call will be to Biggs Electrical!

I can say that I have only left about 4 reviews for various companies as it takes a lot to impress me in today’s time when customer service and professionalism seems to be a thing of the past! I can honestly say that Cory and his team are fantastic! They have completed two electrical jobs for me. The first was the installation of a ceiling fan/new electrical switch
and the second project was the installation of carriage lights outside of my garage. Cory’s price for both projects were fair and reasonable! I am currently looking at placing flood lights at the back of my home and chandelier lighting at my dining room table for my next projects. I will definitely use Cory and his team to complete these projects! I highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

I cannot recommend Biggs Electrical highly enough. Cory and his crew are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I recently purchased an older home with an “interesting” electrical system and nothing has phased them. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even stopping by on their way home at the end of a long day to attend to an issue. I am glad that when future needs arise, I have a reliable and expert service at the ready!

Best in the business! We've used Cory and his crew several times and we won't use anyone else. They've installed new outlets and light fixtures for us. They are fast and do the job right.

Cory has completely rewired two rental houses for me, replacing old edison fuse boxes with new 200 amp breaker service, complete house wiring and very responsive to on the fly changes. Corey and his assistant did an excellent job of methodically and systematically trouble shooting a ground fault circuit in our new home. They identified the wiring that had been compromised, probably during construction that prevented an exterior gfi receptacle from working.
They accepted no payment for their work due to the fact that they corrected no problem.
This service that was above and beyond any expectation!
They have my confidence and will recommend them to others that seek electrical services.
