All reviews for Palmer Electrical

Jacob has done a couple jobs for our property, including one on the larger side over a couple days. His quality of work, professionalism, and responsiveness are exactly what we look for in help around the house. He’ll be our go-electrician for future work.

I highly recommend Palmer Electrical for any project you may have. Palmer is very professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I called Palmer for one problem. He took the time to complete two other projects for us. His pricing is very reasonable and fair. Call Palmer Electrical, you will not be disappointed.

Want to give a huge shoutout to Palmer Electrical! Jacob is knowledgeable, articulate, and friendly! Highly recommend. Arrived on time, confirmed prior to arrival, discussed costs and options to address my concerns. He even went out of his way to get a matching plate for an outlet we converted to gfi! He recognized the plates on the outlets from Lowe’s and went to get one for new GFI so it would match. Will definitely use Palmer Electrical for any future needs!

Jacob was excellent in his work and being professional. He resolved and fixed my electrical issues within 2 hours

Jacob installed two fans in the room above the garage. We had been delaying the install because there is no attic and we were worried we’d have to rip out drywall and then fix it. Somehow Jacob got the wires through without any drywall damage using what I can only understand is electrician magic. Fans are great and he probably cut the total cost of the project in half.

I would highly recommend Palmer Electrical for service. Jacob was professional, a great communicator, and came out for a free quote. His rates are very reasonable, and he is efficient in scheduling appointments quickly, not months down the road. He is very knowledgeable about electrical and includes an inspector visit upon completion for extra piece of mind. Look no further for another electrician in Cabarrus County, NC....Jacob is your guy!

Installed an EV charger for me. Very quick service. Solid work. Good price. 👍
Impressed enough that I had him come back for some more electrical work in my house.
He's now my "go to" electrician for anything I need done.
I highly recommend Palmer Electrical "Jacob" for any electrical needs you may have. 🙂

Outstanding work. Very professional, very thorough. We especially appreciated his quote walk through. We felt like we went into a pretty extensive job well informed and even so, our expectations were exceeded by completion. Would highly recommend.

Jacob did a fantastic job. We needed a new outdoor light pole, updated light fixtures in the garage and a new outlet in the bathroom. Jacob’s estimate was right on, even with me changing plans. We will definitely use Palmer Electrical if we have any needs in the future. Great job, thank you Jacob.

Jacob does a great job! He communictes clearly, is professional, and very easy to work with. I have used his services multiple times. I feel comfortable with him in my home and he leaves it very neat and clean. Will certainly use again-100% recommend!

We VERY highly recommend Jacob from Palmer Electrical for all of your electrical needs. After purchasing a 1964 home we needed several electrical upgrades. Jacob was responsive when I called him and was able to come out to give us an estimate right away. He started work the following week and completed the job without any delays. He was communicative and professional throughout the entire process. He has great attention to detail and goes above and beyond to deliver a beautiful final product. He even went so far as to label our breakers with a label maker! Five stars!! We will definitely be calling him back as more electrical projects come up in the future.

We had Jacob do a ton of work on our house (replace switches, replace outlets, new electrical panel, and replace a few light fixtures). He did an amazing job. Got the work done within a couple of days and the price was very reasonable. He even offered us multiple price options. Will definitely call him if we need anything in the future.

Jacob did a wonderful job installing a new bedroom fan. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with.

I hired Jacob to repair my meter base. He extremely easy to work with. Every step of the way he communicated clearly and professionally.

When he hit a road block, he found a simple solution that worked well, saved him a lot of time and saved me money.

Jacob has great attention to detail. He will do the job without cutting corners and won't run up your bill with unnecessary work.

He's exactly the type of professional I want working on my house. He will be my first call whenever I need an electrician.

What can I say about Jacob and Palmer Electrical! Wow! He is knowledgeable, professional, and provides incredible value and insights. He never tried to over sell me and made me feel heard. Very impressed with the service from Palmer Electrical! Jacob ran a wire for my mini split AC system. Very professional, very competent, and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Installed a Tesla charger for me. Couldn’t be happier. He is professional, knowledgeable, careful with the property and does high quality work. Will call him for all of my future electrical work.

I sent Jacob a text around 8pm and he responded to my request right away. He came first thing in the morning and communicated when he was on his way. He was on time and was able to repair my electrical issues quickly and explained what he did. He repaired my flood lights, crawlspace light, and even an outdoor electrical outlet wiring issue. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend his services. I will definitely use his services again in the future if needed.
