Great experience with Mr. Dulin. Very knowledgeable and is interested in talking with you about your needs. Of the 5 quotes I got from various companies they were also the most competitive. 11/10 service.

I've been meaning to stop the frenetic pace for a moment and thank the Dulin Mechanical crew for the job they did in prepping/ adding the new piping, and installing the gas logs for our office.

The Crew was meticulous, professional, very personable and worked hard the entire time they were here at the office, in getting the job done.

When the Dulin crew ran into a problem, with the mantel and the logs that they could've easily bypassed, we all brainstormed it together( since I initially put the thing together before calling Dulin ) and figured out a quick and smart solution that worked to perfection.

They could've let it go since it was more cosmetic than anything, but they didn’t because they obviously wanted everything to be done exactly right. Nice to still find that in a company....and its technicians.

I can see how Dulin gained its sterling reputation .

We use Dulin Mechanical for all of our remodeling jobs and Flips. The staff inside and outside are helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and get it done!! Zero issues so far. One thing they have done well is helping us install kitchen stove hoods. They are a pain and each one is different and before Dulin these were always something our other HVAC company couldn’t install. We have a 1 stop shop now. For gas lines. Hood installs. Moving ducts.Vent Boot covers You name it !!

We had some work done recently. They are honest and efficient. I am changing over to them from Brothers. Brothers quoted me $6500 for a new AC unit and we didn't need one. AC works fine now. Saved me money. Recommend them highly.. Five stars

The team from Dulin Mechanical was amazing. They provided a number of options for my system replacement with no pressure. The installation team was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for more!

A Dulin Mechanical Technician performed a six month tune and check up of my HVAC system. He was polite, professional and thorough. He took his time and checked everything. I followed him around (from the third floor, to underneath the house, to the outside). He explained what he was doing as he checked the evaporator coil for soiling and air flow and outside as he cleaned the condenser coils to looking new and much much more. He even fixed an issue with the thermostat system. Dulin makes you feel like they are family. I highly recommend Dulin Mechanical and I personally would not use anyone else for my HVAC system.

My appointment was a 2-4 appointment and Dulin Mechanical said they would call me 30 minutes before they would be at my house. My phone rang at 1:45, I was home 25 minutes later, and the technician was there waiting. He came in, diagnosed the problem, told me how much the part was going to cost and replaced it.

I installed a new thermostat, and the factory settings were set for a gas heat pump and I didn't know it so the system was pumping out heat. But he changed the settings in the thermostat and then the system worked great.

The part that was replaced was the same part another HVAC company replaced, and they told me that a fuse would blow before the part would. Well that didn't happen. But Dulin replaced the same part for $110.00 less. The other company also told me I needed all these other parts replaced and how much they were going to cost, and if I didn't replace them everything was going to become a thousands of dollars disaster an so on.

Dulin Mechanical did a very professional job, they did not try to sell me unnecessary service and parts, and did the same job as the last company for $165.00 cheaper.

Had my new system installed several years ago and with the twice yearly inspections, it's still running like new. Dulin has always been on time for my service appointments and complete the work quickly.

Dulin Mechanical was excellent to deal with. From the st meeting to discuss the best replacement option, to scheduling the installation and the professionalism of Daniel and his crew during the install, Dulin delivered on everything they promised. I would highly recommend Dulin Mechanical.

Scheduling staff, AC installment and electricians were all extremely knowledgeable and very attentive. They worked quickly to install my unit and were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing is very fair when compared to others in the area as well. Would highly recommend!

We have used Dulin Mechanical for several years. Last night our heat would not come on after the summer break, and even though they were very busy today with temperatures forecast for the near freezing mark, our long time technician came out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. We are thankful for their ongoing service, expertise, and care.

I have recently purchased my Trane HVAC system from Dulin Mechanical Services. When I called them to get an estimate, the owner Joey Dulin came by and checked everything personally and gave me the quote on the same day. I had estimates from several dealers and Dulin by far was less expensive than the others. He was very honest and told me I could probably use my existing system for a bit longer but I had so much problem with the system that decided to replace the downstairs HVAC unit all together. They go the extra 100 miles to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of the installation and their services. I am a very picky person and everything needs to be just perfect, no shortcuts are allowed in my book. The installation crew were extremely polite and professional. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. Joey is such an awesome person and was a pleasure dealing with him. The minute I saw him I knew I can trust him. I recommend these folks and am sure you will be just as happy as I am.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. They were able to squeeze me in during the heat wave and my problem got fixed in no time! Andrew was amazing! Very polite and walked me through the process of what he was doing! Amy (in the office) was awesome as well! I would definitely recommend you guys!

I had Dulin replace my aging furnace and air conditioner in part to solve a noise problem. I appreciated the installer’s attention to detail, especially with the return ductwork. As a result, the system functions as promised and solved the noise problem. The owner and office staff have been prompt and helpful with my questions. During the installation, the installers were communicative and helped calm a curious feline escape artist. I am pleased and hope to do business with Dulin again.

Their workmanship in the installation was thorough, complete and and within the time frame they estimated the job would take. This company does great work. They are honest as well as reasonably priced. They provide services not only for my residence, but my place of business where they service 10 units. I have used many other services in Charlotte over the years and these are the best.

Matt did a great job with our semi annual maintenance on our HVAC and AC. I was so glad to hear our systems were all still in good shape.

Installed 3 new AC units and furnaces August 2018. Very competitive quote, very professional and courteous. Installation was done promptly and went off without a hitch. Had a minor issue with one of furnaces today when I turned on the heat. The owner, Joey Dulin, was able to come by and fix it, along with replacing a smoke alarm battery. That was above and beyond what I expected, and that is the type of service you can expect from Dulin. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service, heat died and they rushed to install a new gas furnace in 2 days. They were the best price out of 3 quotes. I cannot recommend them enough, Dulin is excellent!
