Furnace quit working last night at 9pm. My previous guy unknown to me had gone out of business. As unfortunate as it was, was lucky to call Jason. He was there in thirty minutes. Very knowledgeable and a pro.

If you need to find a reliable knowledgeable, and fair HVAC company, Hoosier is your best choice. He arrived when he said he would, assessed the problem, installed the needed part, and the problem was solved! I struggled with knowing who to choose.... and am SO glad I chose Hoosier. They will be my “go-to” HVAC company from now on.

I called Hoosier because my AC unit would not work. He showed up promptly and determined the problem and got the part the same day drove all the way to Charlotte for the part. Came back by 3pm and had my unit fixed. Very friendly and extremely appreciated.

2nd time using this company, great people to go to when you need any HVAC work done. I called them at 8AM and were able to get me straight and back with my heat on before the big snow and ice storm by 12:30 noon. Will recommend them for anyone. Thank you.

My HVAC unit recently died a slow-death from a bad builder installation. So, I was in the market for a reliable vendor and a reliable unit. I did some Google search and called few vendors. My neighbor recently had one of his HVAC Unit installed by Hoosier and gave a very positive recommendation. I gathered that the reliability of the HVAC vendor is more important than the HVAC brand when it comes to installing a new unit since it has to be installed correctly for a long life. After several back and forth email communication with Jason Hall from Hoosier, I decided to go with Hoosier. Jason did a great job with the installation and followed it up with the Inspection process. Overall it turned out to be a very systematic installation process. I therefore second my neighbor and would recommend Hoosier as a very reliable vendor for a brand new HVAC installation.

Jason came highly recommended by a good friend as "the smartest guy when it comes to HVAC that I've ever met." Jason proved to be an incredibly smart HVAC technician and worked with me through the process of learning about HVAC. It's our first time to buy a new system or replace one (homeowners for two years now) and he's was patient, honest and really helpful through it all.

He also priced significantly below other competitors for identical equipment, and then installed with an attention to detail and practical setup that would make the system work best in our home.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC system, maintenance, or whatever else you may need.

Jason and the crew are awesome! I used to deal with the "Big Name" companies and somehow after every visit, a part was ALWAYS needing to be replaced. Well, those same parts have lasted for over two years now. I will always be a customer of his for as long as he is in business!

I honestly can't say anything bad about Hoosier. Great service, on time, great price, and very quick. I got a whole unit and it was done in 1 day. Highly recommend for ANYTHING heat and air!! Thank You Jason for your hard work!

Jason came to do a fall maintenance on my furnace.Adjusted things that other technicians had adjusted incorrectly. Took Pictures to show me what should be repair in the near future. Not pushy like most. I will recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Jason

Jason came out to give us a quote on a new unit and fixed our AC to get us through until we make a decision. Super nice and very professional! Highly recommended and a veteran owned company!

Called Jason out on a Thursday to fix a/c. It was beyond help so he priced a new one. Had it installed by Sat. Came home Tue around 11pm and it wasn't working. Called him up for trouble shooting. He was home relaxing and before I realized it be was in the truck and on the way in LESS than 5 min. Turns out lightning storm had knocked the breaker offline and no fault of system or installation. That friends is service!

I placed a call to Jason around 9:30 this morning when my AC went out. By 11:00 he was here, diagnosed the problem, went and got the part and I was back in cool air in just a few hours. I will now be using Hoosier for all my heating and air needs.

Called at 8:30pm and they were there 30 minutes later. Super helpful and came back in the morning of the following day at 8am to continue working. MY favorite HVAC company. Jason was great. Very professional and easy to talk to. Explained everything in detail and was attentive to any concerns or questions that I had. As a first time home owner, I felt at ease with the work that needed to be done.

Jason has been my HVAC guy since 2005. He was the only one I would allow to service my HVAC when he worked for his former employer, and when he went solo there was no question that my business would follow him. To say he knows his stuff is an understatement. When my 15-year old unit was nearing its end, he helped me keep it limping along until I was ready to take the plunge, and then built out the perfect heating/air solution for my home that provides the high end performance and efficiency I need but at a price tag I could afford. Jason brings extraordinary knowledge and talent to the HVAC field. His no bullsh*t attitude and honesty are extremely refreshing as well. I recommend him highly.

I got home at 3:30pm and walk into my home and was hit with a heat wave! I called hoosier heating and air conditioning and Jason came out within an hour and got us back and running in no time! Jason was very professional and informative and I'm a customer for life!

Does anyone know if this business is still operating after the tragic accident? I can't reach anyone by phone ************Jason shows the utmost professionalism. He is courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable in his field. He takes the extra time to explain what went wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. Also very affordable!

10 o'clock at night my furnace shut off as I am out of town and Hoosier Heating and Air Conditioning saved the night. They arrived quickly, found the issue and quickly got my house warm for my wife and kids. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service. Definitely will use them again as well as telling all my friends and family!
