Anytime we have a problem they are able to come the day we call or shortly there after. They are fast no wasting your time and always do the job well. We only use this service for our plumbing needs. Staff is very friendly and the pricing is not bad. I highly recommend this company.

Brandon Hefner came to our home because of a leaky pipe near our water heater. He was very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem quickly and was very careful to leave things in tiptop condition.
I recommend these plumbers unequivocally. -
Eric is like FAMILY to my mother's side of the family and he and Brandon always came at the drop of a hats' notice to help my maternal grandmother with the plumbing and well issues at our former family owned farm ... ( Walker's Farm )started by my grandmother 's grandfather Mr . Benjamin Walker .
We no longer own the property but I highly recommend Eric Hefner plumbing for all services in time of need. -
Eric came to my home to repair a broken water main. In no time he had the issue remedied and went to great lengths to ensure the grading and grass were minimally affected. I appreciated Eric’s genuine kindness as well. Highly recommend Hefner Plumbing and applaud their more than 100 years of service to the community. Keep up the great work!

My review is sadly not based on actual service because I was never able to get service. I contacted them about a garbage disposal. Was told would get a call back as they were out on a job. I didn't so I called back at end of day and then did get a return call. After speaking w them, I said I would hire them. Was asked to text a day and time. Never got a text response. So I called back and got a tad attitude about schedules but was told to send another text with later dates. Which I did. And never heard back again.
So went to Lowe's and hired their guys who came out in no time. Horrible response and service never received. Cannot recommend that -
First I’d like to say he fixed the plumbing problem (with a lot of help from us). In our opinion his billing was outrageous and he never came back to pick up the trash he left, after repeated calls. Not recommended.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
On Tuesday, December 16th, I contacted Mr. Eric Hefner regarding assistance with two matters:
1. Replacement of a “push assembly” for my primary bedroom. The cost of the piece I purchased from Lowe’s, $35.
2. Fix a “cosmetic concern” regarding one of the faucets delivering water to my tub.
On the same day (Tuesday, December 16 th) I sent Mr. Hefner pictures of my cosmetic concern as well as a picture from under my sink . Mr. Hefner advised me of the parts I should purchase. As I am the type of individual that will buy multiple pieces (just to be on the safe side) with the intention of returning what is not necessary). I purchased multiple push assemblies as well as two faucets.
Once Mr. Hefner arrived at my house (on the same day), he was surprised by the amount of parts I purchased . Again, I explicitly explained to Mr. Hefner whatever I purchased that I didn’t need would be returned back to Lowe’s. Mr. Hefner then walked me through the job he felt was necessary and explained I would need a tile person to come out to my home as well. He stated, “luckily for me he knew someone right around the corner”. This tile professional came out, explained what he would have to do and stated he would be back tomorrow. When I inquired into the cost, Mr. Hefner explained he would not know until he got into the wall.
Wednesday, December 17 approached, and the tile professional came out and started a mini demolition. We both were under the impression that Mr. Hefner would be out THAT DAY because that is what he stated to both of us on Tuesday. Once we called Mr. Hefner, he said he would not be at my house. He was caring for his wife and that he would be out on Thursday.
Thursday arrives, work is done and I’m advised all is well. And that I now owe this gentleman $1300! To say I was in shock is an understatement, but I paid.
After Mr. Hefner left my home:
1. I was left with a leaking sink (NOTHING WAS LEAKING BEFORE HE ARRIVED)
2. I was left with a tub that after running the water for an HOUR did not fill up more than 1/2 way.
3. I was left without my original Moen tub deck mount faucet WHICH WAS 100% operational.
4. I was left with a sink faucet installed (again ON A TUB)
5. I was out $1300
I SENT MULTIPLE TEXTS AND PLACED MULTIPLE CALLS TO ALL NUMBERS FOR MR. HEFNER starting Friday morning at 7:43 am (of course, apologizing for reaching out so early) keep in mind. I HAD A LEAK).
I have been attempting to reach Mr. Hefner for the past four days. Finally, today, Tuesday, December 23. Mr. Hefner answered and advised me it’s his intention to be at my home on Monday. I explained to him I would not be available on Monday and that this needed to be corrected immediately and also mentioned the fact that we are leaving on vacation, to which he told me this was not an urgent matter at most just an inconvenience???
What I learned AFTER is a simple tightening of the faucet handle would have fixed my “cosmetic concern”, or at the most. the cutting of the stem valve by approximately 2 inches.
Lord knows 2025 has been a rough year for many. I was so looking forward to starting 2026 off on the most positive of note, both personally and professionally and now to deal with this, knowing that in January 2026, I will be taking someone to court is mentally exhausting.
So again, (Neighbors) please beware!
