The place to get plumbing supplies the professional store not the Box Store like Lowe's or Home Depot where items are made cheaper but look the same such as water heaters there is a difference

This was a great experience. It was my first visit and the guys that were working were very helpful. I’m not a plumber, just a regular customer and they took the time to help me, explain what I needed and also educated me on what works best. I highly recommend Ferguson’s!! Horrible! We called about a hot water heater part. They said they had several in stock. When we got there the place was closed! Called the number and where informed that they had decided to close today. If you cannot communicate within your own company, you cannot provide customer service! This company is a waste of time and effort!

I sent my mom to this store to pick up some pex and drain fittings for me. The man behind the countertop treated her like she was an idiot. Bad attitude normally I don't leave reviews but I just can't stand arrogant people.
