These guy are always quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem with a cost effective solution. I had them out to get a quote on a shut off valve leak and a toilet valve replacement after getting a $1,400 quote from one of the big name companies who advertise on tv. Three way determined the valve had loose bolts which they tightened gratis and it fixed the problem, the total cost was less than $300 overall

It was our first time using three-way plumbing, and they sent Mr. Steve. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and very respectful. We will definitely recommend and call again if we have any other plumbing concerns. We were very pleased with the service.

I have been using Three Way Plumbing ever since I got my house 20 years ago. The technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable. They always present the price before starting the job and give you options. Just this week, I have my water heater replaced and I called them on Sunday. Tom was here on Monday to rescue me and it is a very quick response. Today Joshua is here to fix my toilet and replace the kitchen faucet. Job well done! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

I called at 8am stating all 3 of my toilets were not flushing. They gave me a window of 10-12 the same day. Joshua called at 9:57 to say he was on his way. Joshua looked at the toilets and the waste line near the house and diagnosed immediately of a main line backup. Immediately on the spot gave me an estimate, explained what he needed to do, was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured he answered all my questions so I understood exactly what was going to be done. Work got started and even though additional people needed to be called and extra work done the quoted price remained the same. The work was done well and I am extremely satisfied with the work done as well as the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. Thank you Joshua and Three way plumbing.

My experience with Three-Way Plumbing was excellent from beginning to end. Danielle did a fantastic job explaining the different water heater manufacturers and what I should know about each one. She set up a timely appointment that fit my schedule and Steven and Justin did an amazing job! Very courteous, very professional and very efficient. Steve explained everything he had done in detail. He labeled everything and even added another water shut off on my water heater. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

I contacted 3wayplumbing about replacing water heater tank. I spoke to Tom, who clearly was a seasoned professional. He was professional, answered all my questions in a very courteous way and was able to book our replacement in a reasonable amount of time.

He and his partner actually came early for their appointment. He did a quick inspection of our heater and he was good to go. He finished about 45 minutes earlier than projected. He and his partner focused on their work and left the area clean.

No muss and no fuss—the way I like project work. Tom and his partner clearly deserve the 5 stars. I would recommend them and use them again.

Lucas came out and fixed our clogged sink but he also showed me where the reset button was on the garbage disposal and the main water shutoff for the house just to be helpful. He also gave an honest assessment that I did not need a new garbage disposal rather than trying to upsell me. He definitely went above and beyond. I would definitely use this company again.

Had an issue with my water regulator and called early on a Monday morning. Received a response from Lucas of Three Way Plumbing rather quickly. He came and replace my water regulator and a rather old expansion tank. Very friendly service and the installation was very clean. Will call them again if I need any plumbing assistance. Top Notch.

Joshua is very professional and I was very comfortable with him. He was very clear how he will resolve my leaking toilet. He was on time, had all the required parts and completed the work in a short time. The commode works great and there are no leaks! Although Joshua completed the job quickly nothing was overlooked and no short cuts were taken!! Thank you Joshua and 3 Way Plumbing! I highly recommend Three Way Plumbing. They do impeccable work. There is an $89.00 charge. They give you an estimate before starting the work. I have been using their services for many years.

Really amazing experience. Our water heater broke down on a Tuesday, and needed a new part. Lucas our technician, ordered the part overnight, the parcel service lost the part and it was taking a few days so Lucas chased the part down throughout Charlotte (fedex warehouse, trucks etc), at the end of day the part was delivered on Friday abd he fixed our heather Friday for us to have hot water over the weekend, increíble customer experience. Recommend Lucas and this company big time!

Joshua from Three Way Plumbing was awesome. He was courteous and knowledgeable regarding a problem we were having with one of our toilets. He offered several options/solutions and left me feeling like the issue was handled by a professional. Joshua came out to my house to check on a leaky kitchen faucet. They gave me a fair repair estimate, and were right on time and super friendly. I ended up having them replace my sink and faucet the next day, and he did an excellent job. Everything was done in such a professional manor, and he left things looking better than they were before he started. I will 100% use Joshua and Three Way Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!

The team arrived bright and early, provided me options to remedy the problem and cleaned up afterwards. However, the BEST part of the experience was the great customer service Sam demonstrated by taking the extra time to explain everything to my mother afterwards. Very responsive. Called late afternoon Monday & had a return call Tuesday morning. Steve came out Wednesday. Reviewed the issue & gave me a cost estimate & then proceeded to correct the issue. Showed me photos of the problem & explained how he repaired it. Left the area very clean. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with Steve and the work he did at my house. I had three plumbing problems that he was able to resolve and fix. I'd recommend Three Way Plumbing and Steve to anyone. I'd also happily use their services again! They did a great job for me!

Steve of Three-Way-Plumbing did an outstanding job of clearing a clogged pipe in our front yard. He also did a thorough job of educating why the pipe was clogged and what we can do to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Highly recommend!!!

I've used Three Way Plumbing quite a few times at this point so I feel like I have a pretty good grasp of their business and how things generally work with them. I'll start by saying that each time I've had them out they have met or exceeded expectations so I definitely recommend them. I have had them:
1. Add a spigot to the side of my house
2. Reroute some work done by another plumber so all hot and cold water goes to a main shutoff (previously water going to the water heater bypassed the main shutoff)
3. Installing 3 toilets

The main summary I can give is this:
1. They always seem to show up on time and ready to do the job at hand; I've never had issues where they seem rushed or do a bad job and then seem confused as to what the problem is. The plumbers who come out seem genuinely motived to solve the problem(s) at hand.
2. They tend to go the extra mile. When I had the hot water rerouted through the shutoff the plumber moved the shutoff much closer to the entry of the crawlspace so it was easier to access. I didn't ask for this specifically but he did it because it just made sense and I can confirm it has made my life a lot easier. He also labeled everything.
3. The toilet installs have gone incredibly smoothly. The same plumber has been out 2 times for this task (first time was installing 2 toilets and the second time was 1 toilet) and he always gets the job done with no problems.

Honestly the only "downside" (and I use that term very loosely) is that they're definitely not the cheapest, although I feel that their prices are fundamentally fair. You are going to pay more than the hacky plumbers who end up costing you more in the long run fixing shoddy work but that is reasonable to me since I've been able to pay a fundamentally fair price once per job and then whatever the problem was is simply fixed indefinitely and I don't have to worry about it again. This is a case where you do, in fact, get what you pay for.

TL;DR highly recommend. Don't expect to pay bargain basement prices, but do know that quality has always been top notch and the plumbers they send are very knowledgable/timely/personable, and that the pricing is fundamentally fair considering they employ good and well trained plumbers.
