Our dryer stopped heating. We called these guys to get it fixed. Their tech did a great job. He fixed it the same day. The price was reasonable.

I would highly recommend this company. When the heating element in my oven broke, they offerred to send someone to look at it the same day. The technicians, who were punctual and very professional, made the repair at a reasonble price. It's good to know who I will call the next time I need an appliance repair!

Great service. Repairman showed up on time, he was pleasant and responsive. After diagnosing the problem, he was able to complete the repairs immediately since he had the parts on hand. Overall, the service was quick, efficient and it was a quality service experience.

They immediately picked up the phone and gave a quick appointment. Charged service fee for diagnostics which can be used for overall repair charges. Service was timely and professional.

Washing machine drain pump assembly was replaced. Overall nice job. I did need to wipe up some drainage water after repair completion.

Called them for a washer issue. They charged a hefty fee just to tell me it was unfixable. No alternatives, no solutions, just a bill. Not impressed.

Took two visits to fix a simple leak in the dishwasher, and now it’s leaking again. Zero accountability. I'm moving on to someone else.
