My first contact with Newton Construction Services was via a competitive bid process to build out our new franchised business. Their bid was the most complete, detailed, and clearly quantified the exclusions. They were not the lowest bidder, but I felt the completeness of the bid eliminated a ton of risk. They were fantastic to work with. Ultimately we finished 1 week ahead of schedule and right on budget. Their team was exceptional, communicated early and often, and took accountability for every detail of the project. I will absolutely use them again for our next project. Paul Newton and his team have done several projects for me from a full build out at my newest location in Mooresville NC to a remodel / patio extension at my original location in Huntersville NC.
