From the time I found my hot water heater was leaking and made the call I had a new unit installed in 3 hours. The bill was very reasonable, and Joe was very, very knowledgeable. Best plumbing experience I've ever had. Right around Christmas too.

Had an issue with drainage that was causing significant damage in my home. Although late in the day, I contacted Nystrom and was told that they would be happy to help. Within an hour, they showed up, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem. When I was handed the bill, I was stunned. Their rates were more than reasonable. Thanks to Joe for the help, professionalism and outstanding customer service!

Fast/quality service at a reasonable price. Had a pretty good leak in my crawlspace so I called the big name Charlotte plumbers - all too busy. Nystrom answered my call immediately and made it out to my house quickly. Fixed my issue. I’ll be a returning customer for sure after this. Thanks guys!

A person answered the phone, not a machine. An appointment was made, and I received a text message the night before to confirm. Joe Nystrom showed up on time. He was neat, courteous and professional. I had several different tasks , and each was done thoroughly and well. I appreciated his checking each job before moving on to the next.

I had my sewage pipe and cap damaged by the grass cutter. I called
Nystrom plumbing. The communication was very good. Joe came to the job on time as scheduled. He was very professional and skillful. He fixed the sewage pipe and cap right away. His repair was excellent. I will use Nystrom plumbing again in future. Highly recommended!

I work in real estate and encounter many contractors. It has become increasingly difficult to get a quick response, quality work and good pricing. After speaking with multiple plumbers I was discouraged, especially when another recommended plumber wanted to charge double the amount. We worked with both Joe and Mike and both were amazing. I can't say enough about Nystrom Plumbing. When I called on a Saturday morning they were out of town until Sunday night but ordered everything they needed even while away and were at my door at 8am Monday morning! Such a pleasure to work with, great work and reasonably priced. They will definitely be our go to plumber and we would recommend them to anyone.

Mike and Joe Nystrom are true professionals and craftsmen of their trade. Our water heater went out at around 4pm on a Thursday and we were back with hot water within 24 hours. I appreciate that they aren't like the "big box" brand plumbing companies that attempt to upsell on service contracts. I will use Nystrom Plumbing again for future plumbing needs. I’m new to the area and suddenly needed a plumber. I found Nystrom Plumbing online, called them and they sent someone out the next morning. Joe was on-time and very friendly. He diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem with the toilet. The cost was very, very reasonable. I will definitely use Nystrom Plumbing again!

Joe Nystrom did the work for me and he was great. We had three different issues we needed repaired and he was able to do it all. It required him to comeback three different days and through the course of it, his communication with us was great. Always on time!

Quick turnaround and excellent job neatly done at a fair price by Joe Nystrom. New to Cornelius and first day in our new home found that our shower was "low flow" and cold. Called Nystrom plumbing in the morning and Joe came over this afternoon. Found the problem, resolved it and made sure we were satisfied. Looked at another future project and honestly advised us of our options. Great stuff - highly recommend them!

Never did this before - but writing another review for Nystrom Plumbing. Called them today (A SUNDAY) because our hot water wasn't working and Joe Nystrom came and fixed the problem an hour later. When I said I could wait until tomorrow, partly because I hate asking people to work on Sunday and partly not to pay extra, he said "it's my job and you won't pay extra". Joe not only did good work at a fair price but is an awfully nice guy. Definitely a company I'm going to use again.

Great plumber! I really appreciated their willingness no give me an estimate for a hot water heater replacement by just texting some pictures. They got me on the schedule quickly. Joe did Quality work and gave me good post installation instructions.

My neighbor knew we were in need of a plumber to install 2 kitchen faucets and sent Joe my way when they were finished. I thought he was here to access the job and schedule a day to come back. Joe not only installed both faucets right then, he did so within an hour, clean-up and all. Joe was nice, professional and VERY REASONABLE. We highly recommend NYSTROM PLUMBING and will use them again.

I’ve had Joe out to my house twice now and I can’t recommend them more. Both experiences were very positive. Joe was prompt, fast, and efficient. I think Nystrom charges fair prices and doesn’t try to scam people by over charging for services. I will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs I have.

We had an emergency plumbing need on a Sunday, Nystrom responded immediately and resolved what I thought was going to be a tough job very quickly. Joe came to our home, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and made us feel confident that the job was being done right. Thank you Joe for the great work. Nystrom is definitely the first number we will call, not only in an emergency, but for any plumbing need in the future. These guys are the best!!

We had a leak from a pipe under the house in our crawl space. Joe came out first thing the next morning, was on time, professional, did excellent work and fixed the issue quickly.
