I highly recommend Faison Plumbing. They were Covid-19 compliant (wore mask, took their shoes off at the door), and extremely professional!

Corey was in and out so quickly! He fix my kitchen faucet in no time! I highly recommend Faision plumbing!

Our pipes froze Christmas eve they came to our house on christmas eve and defrosted our lines while we were away. He stayed until the pipes defrosted. Fiason will always be my plumber!

I have used Faison Plumbing for multiple jobs at my home over the years. The work has always been done correctly the first time and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I had an emergency septic issue for my tenants. Faison Plumbing responded immediately and provided sorely needed relief and repair for the tenants.

I emailed them last nite around 11 PM with a non-emergent plumbing issue. They called at around 7:30 AM an indicated they would be here in about 30 minutes, which they were. Young man named "Corey" was extremely friendly and professional. He was done with his work in about an hour. Definitely the best service from any local provider in Creedmoor. I would highly recommend them.

My elderly mother's sewer line stopped up causing water to back up into her sinks. It was a Friday evening. I called Faison Plumbing (out of Creedmoor, nc) the same day around 2:30pm on a Friday evening. They said it would probably be Monday before they could send someone. I told them that it was my elderly mother's house. They had someone at her house within an hour. Technician's name who was sent was Thomas. Thomas was a good Christian man. I highly recommend Faison Plumbing.

The technician was efficient and helpful. They were helpful and prompt. They provided an appointment time during initial contact and was punctual to keep that time. They were truly a blessing and if I have any future plumbing needs they will be the first company I will call.

I recommend Faison Plumbing. I am well pleased with their professionalism, their promptness, communication, and pricing. Every time I have called, they have come, unlike many contractors that I have tried to hire, and they did the job well.

I called this service provider after another service provider did not do their job. Faison Plumbing provided a completely different experience. Corey was responsive and quick with the install. Very polite and courteous.

Faison Plumbing Plus recently performed a job for us and did a fantastic job. Customer service and pricing were excellent! We would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Great work. Have used them for both private & commercial. Water Heaters, plumbing, 2 bathroom remodels - 1 complex w/custom work, dishwasher. Used nearly 10 years. Not perfect but works hard to get it right & address customer satisfaction. I've recommended them to others & they were very happy, and I would use or recommend them again, any time.

Great service. Repaired my broken water main cutoff valve and fixed my leaking tub. They had to order a part and come back due to unforeseen circumstances, but they scheduled to come back around my schedule. Very nice and friendly. Covid compliant and wore masks when in the house. Reasonable fees, came to what I expected. Definitely recommend and would call them again.

My pipe had bursted on Christmas day. I called the next day and scheduled an appointment the same day. Plumber showed up on time, investigated the area that needed service and only took about 30 to 45 minutes to finish the job. Very pleased with the service.

They were awesome!!! We had brown water spitting out of our faucets a day or so after arriving home from a week long vacation. What a disaster! I found these guys on google (they are really close to my house) and I called Thomas (the owner) at 7am in the morning freaking out, and he had Jerry out here within an hour. Jerry figured out the problem right away - said there's a leak somewhere... they will need to pull up the well pump to see what's going on. Jerry and Corey worked all morning to raise the well pump and fix the problem. I decided to go ahead and upgrade the pump since they already had it pulled out... I did not feel pressured to do so. Thomas called me and we discussed all options. I told him that I was aware that these pumps only last 7-15 years... mine is 12 years old.... considering it's been pumping sediment for the past few years we agreed that it makes sense financially to upgrade the pump now since they already have it all pulled out to fix the leak in the pipe. So Jerry went and got the parts and came back and he and Corey finished the job completely, they also raised the pump so it sits at a better distance of about 20 feet into the well where it's pumping water instead of the 150 feet that it was put 12 years ago and has been pumping brown watery mud. Whoo hoo!! I should be maintenance free with this for hopefully 15 years! Corey and Jerry both were amazing, and sooooo nice!!! I am so thankful for them both and their hard work they put in today... this was a nasty job!! The pricing was reasonable and the work was top notch! Thank you, Faison Plumbing for coming to our rescue!!! I will be calling upon you if I have any future plumbing needs!

Edit on 9/2019 post: I texted Thomas about an hour or so after Jerry and Corey left because I noticed the spigot on the well was dripping and getting the insulation wet. Thomas came right over and fixed it... a little iron sediment had gotten in there and clogged it. I was very impressed with his level of commitment to ensure I was happy with their work today. Well done, Faison Plumbing!!

Edit #2: (a year later... now): I have been recommending Faison for a year now. My MIL just had them do a big job for her and many of my neighbors are now using them. So, when I wanted to update all the faucets in my house and the trim in my showers, I knew just who to call! I absolutely can not recommend them enough! This company is run by good trust-worthy people!!! Corey and Max worked so hard for me on this job, and Thomas has been a pleasure to work with over the past year! They are amazing!! You can’t go wrong with these folks!!!

My hot water heater went one night and it was going g to take 2 weeks for someone to come fix it.. So I put it in myself but it wouldn't work. Prince Cameron out ran through the whole thing and had us with hot water within the hour of being hear. I highly recommend this company! The employees there actually care and don't treat you like your being a bother, like any other service place. Thanks guys Corry what's up
