Great company! Very responsive and very efficient!!

Terrific electrician, can't say enough about them. Come when they say they will, competitive rates, clean (they even bring "house shoes"), easy to communicate in with Your Average Person Non-Electrician English, and will bill digitally. We've used them twice over few months for fan installation (total of 9 fans) and rewiring.

Called West Norman Electric when we learned our irrigation did not work--and we just had just reseeded the yard. Turns out the folks repairing the dock after the hurricane had turned off some obscure breakers in the backyard. But there was still plenty to do: the dock outlet was completely broken off, wiring to the dock needed repair as well as GFI, outdoor outlets needed new covers, and the doorbell transformer in the house was blown. We so appreciated West Norman's immediate response and their very reasonable pricing. 5 Stars--highly recommend!

We have lived all over the country and moved several times in the past 10 years. So we’ve experienced various levels of service from electricians and electrical contractors. West Norman is, without question, the best we’ve ever dealt with. Fantastic, timely, and friendly professional service every time. Highly recommended!

Outstanding company! A trusted co-worker recommended them, so I phoned them. They responded within 15 minutes and worked me into their schedule in an AMAZINGLY short time.

The electrician they sent out (Wayne) was on-time and professional, with decades of experience. We ran into several of the unexpected glitches that come with an old house, but Wayne handled them all smooth as silk, without raising an eyebrow.

My only hope is that West Norman Electric will be thriving till I die, because I never want to call any other electrician besides them!

Just so bad in every way. My contractor used them for my new construction. I've been in m house for 34 days and they still have not finished. They are totally unreliable, unorganized, and everyone working for them points fingers at each other for why things are wrong. It looks like I will have to hire another electrician to finish installing lights and switches at this point.

These guys don't want to be bothered with any smaller jobs it seems. They came out and we walked thru what all we wanted. They then even sent a follow up email with a project estimate. When we went to follow up on the work, maybe change some things around to fit our budget... Crickets!! No response to email, phone, no "sorry but we can't help you right now", or any courtesy like that. They just totally ghosted us. Very unprofessional behavior.
