We have used Parker Heating & Air services since moving to Surry County in 2008. The service has always been timely, efficient and very professional. David has been the sole technician of our systems from his start with Parker HVAC and continues to personally provide all of our services. We can schedule weeks in advance to set an appointment or, in emergencies, count on Parker Heating & Air to find a solution. Simply excellent service at a fair price.

David has been out twice in the last 6 months to help us. He is who installed the system in my new home when it was built and was happy to come back and take a look at it for us over the summer. He was able to give me a solution to the problem within about 5 minutes as well as warning me to potential issues in the future due to another companies actions ("Call Dad" had been out twice-two different technicians- and didn't catch that my coils needed cleaned. They were trying to make me buy a whole new HVAC system and overcharged the refrigerant.) He came back out today and was in and out in a jiffy and had my thermostat replaced and working on no time. He was very professional and quick to let me know what was going on and how to repair it.

I'd be here all day to rave over his pricing but I'll just say this; I was prepared for the price to be 3-4 times higher than what I paid and was very pleasantly surprised that it was so low- especially with a brand new thermostat included.

David and Alex installed a new GREE heat pump for us when our former system failed. They responded in a timely way, did professional work, went beyond the call of duty in the installation. The price was reasonable for a 2 stage system. They even cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend them.
