I caled them at noon on Friday and they were here in less than one hour! He installed a new heating element and cleaned the unit. Technician Aaron was professional and friendly.

We initially tried One Source because a different company recommended to us was not available. One Source had earlier availability and Lee provided excellent, punctual service. We have since had him come back for another issue and he provided excellent service yet again. We will continue to use One Source because of Lee!

One Source was able to come out less than 2 days after I called for oven repair. Brent called 10 minutes before arriving at my house during the stated window of time. He was kind and showed me how to better care for our wall oven to increase its longevity. Even better, he had the oven working in no time!

Highly recommend! I called after I noticed my refrigerator and freezer were not cooling, and Aaron arrived in about 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed/fixed the issue and also offered other maintenance tips for my appliances. The service was very professional and comprehensive, I would definitely use again!

We had One Source come out for a warranty call through Lowes and couldn’t be happier! We had issues with our fridge freezing items from day one. Another company came out initially & told us to put things on the top shelf of the fridge that we don’t mind freezing! One Source sent Lee out and in 10 minutes he explained what was wrong with our fridge and the parts he was going to order. Once the parts were in, he had everything replaced in 30 minutes. He was incredibly knowledgeable & professional. I would highly recommend One Source and will definitely use them in the future.

I was very impressed with the service. Lee quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts for the repair. He returned when the parts came in and completed the repair. Lee was quite knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend One Source Appliance Repair, and I will certainly use them again should the need arise.

I called One Source and LEE came out and was amazing! He helped with (3) concerns and when he was done everything was running excellent! Lee was kind and he never made me feel like I was a bother to him or a burden. Lee was patient and made sure to break down everything for me on the bill. Lee fixed my dishwasher, fridge and dryer. What was really amazing is that the dishwasher wasn't even broken, it was just being operated incorrectly and Lee explained it to us and adjusted our bill to reflect as such. I will definitely use this company again with the hopes of Lee being our service tech!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Excellent service. Had a warranty claim with Lowes for a dishwasher. One Source called within a few hours after submitting claim, confirmed my appt, yet offered to show up the next day instead! Lee showed up exactly on time, was very friendly and professional. Did an analysis, ordered parts, and showed up about 4 days later with exactly what he needed. Fixed dishwasher in about an hour. Perfect appliance repair experience.

Brent was (and always is) great! I made a call and the next day he came out and fixed my oven in 5-10 mins.

I had a great experience with One Source Appliance Repair. They were assigned through my Lowe’s protection plan and everything went smoothly. From the receptionist to the tech who came out, everyone was professional, friendly, and on top of things. They followed up, kept me updated, and made the process easy. Highly recommend.

I called them and got a recorded response saying they charge $145 to come and diagnose the problem with my fridge and there would be extra charges if there are other appliances. Fair enough to be upfront but off putting in that the message emphasized only money and not their availability of a technician or quality of service.
I hung up and called another place which sent a technician the same day, no diagnostic charges, and fixed issue with two appliances for $150.
I don't think I I will be calling One Source again.
