I would like to share my positive experience working with Brian Riggleman, the Construction Manager for the Raleigh Division. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go out of his way to address my concerns made me feel very confident in my purchase with Pulte Homes.

Great experience. Ask for Nick at the office. Amazing agent.

Had a great experience throughout the whole process and highly recommend this group. Nick, Michael and Caison were all fantastic and we couldn’t be happier to raise our family here!

The sales team with Madison was good in coming up with the sales contract etc. Every step of the way, the Pulte team was good at informing me of the next steps and keep the paper work moving. Awesome team and I am so glad to purchase a house from Pulte Builders.

Had a really good Home buying experience with Solana by Pulte. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish, and our home was ready right on time. We love the quality, the finishes, and the appliances. The construction manager was great to work with—always responsive and helpful. Great community.

First and foremost: Madison was a FANTASTIC sales rep, and she was a champion for us at every step of our build. Our finished home was well-made with minor issues throughout the inspection process that were throughly and promptly fixed. Even when we needed some help from Pulte near closing, they worked with us to make adjustments to get us across the finish line. We love our new home!

Many of the reviews mentioned their salesperson Madison, she was a great help always. Pulte builds quality homes and we knew that from the start, our son has a custom Pulte home in SC. We had so many choices in Briar Creek for homes with many builders. We choose Pulte, but the lack of simple communication with the several construction managers made us feel like we didn't matter. Pulte mortgage was so stressful the last 2 weeks and it didn't have to be. We were always forthcoming with what was needed but were asked for things at the last minute that could have been provided well in advance. We would have given Pulte much higher regard if not for these shortcomings.

We been trying for over a week to get a key so we can enjoy the gym and the sales office has been no help. Tried over 12 times calling and leaving messages to hoa department with no solution. Don’t buy into the hype about resort living because you will never be able to use any of the so called amenities. Total scam that we didn’t receive keys at the closing. I should have moved across the street to sweetbrier.

If it was up to me I would’ve given ZERO stars. This is my first new home, and I expected a lot more better from this community. Especially since it’s a newly built community, but what can I say to be honest sometimes I regret buying a home in this community because of it’s service. I looked at over 50 homes in countless places but no of course I decided to make a not so good decision and buy a home here. I should’ve read the reviews before buying a home here. If I bought a home in another place, at least I would’ve not had to deal with all the problems I’ve dealt with since I’ve moved here. The HOA has no manners on how to speak politely, one time I called to ask about the requirements for this community and she said “oh you’re not registered” and stuff and she did not have a good attitude at all. One time I parked my car on the sidewalk at night because I came late from work. And by the way when I parked my car on the sidewalk I parked in front of the sidewalk that is in front of my house. And there were so many other people whose cars were parked the same way. Guess what the next day I receive a letter in the mail saying that I am not supposed to “block the walking track” and park on the sidewalk whether it’s in front of my house or not. But no one else received that I guess because their cars were still parked like that. Along with all of that since I bought this house every night my master bedroom’s bathroom light goes out every night and doesn’t come back till the next afternoon until 1pm. There were electricians coming to my house to fix that multiple times, but it never worked because the next day it would happen again. And I am still having that problem. I don’t know when it’s going to get fixed. And you have to ask for permission for literally everything here. Like I just needed to put a small building in my backyard but no they told me no they said I couldn’t put one here. So overall I’d not recommend buying a house here until the HOA board changes.

I’m not sure if we were just extremely unlucky, but our experience with this company has been very disappointing.
The only reason we stayed was because we liked the floor plan. The mortgage process was poorly handled, with a lack of communication and organization. It often felt like no one knew what they were doing.
We moved in around November, and during the walkthrough we clearly pointed out multiple issues using blue tape. We were promised several times that these problems would be fixed after closing. More than two months later, many of those issues are still unresolved. The cleaning was also poorly done, with glue left all over the bathroom floor. After moving in, our HVAC started dripping, which should not happen in a brand-new home. When a representative came to inspect the issues, we were told that anything related to paint would have to wait a year because the house would “settle and crack anyway.” That made the walkthrough process feel pointless.
We were promised fixes for the HVAC, cabinet damage that was noted before closing, floor cleaning, and other issues. Only about half were addressed. We sent a follow-up email on December 26 and still have not received a response.
If it’s this hard to get issues fixed right after moving in, it’s hard to trust their warranty moving forward.
