The salesperson, Ricardo Nunez, was very polite and knowledgeable. The installers we’re supposed to arrive the following day between 1-3. I asked for a phone call if there were any changes. They showed up at 9 that morning instead and I did not receive a call. The installers were not prepared and could not begin the work. Not sure if that was the installers fault or the people in the office. The next day Tony Zankey and Roman Riselvato came and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and professional. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Now I just gave to wait for it to rain.

The Homecraft salesperson, Manny Gray, came out one day after I enquired about an estimate. He was polite and patient and gave us a thorough explanation of the gutter system. He compared it to other products using actual samples, which was very useful.

Michael Parham came to my house and did a great job explaining the different gutter protections. He is very good salesman. He can be trusted to give good information to help in your purchase decision .

Meet with Michael Parham today to get a estimate on getting gutters installed with the Homecraft Gutter Guard solution. Michael was very informative about the product and even the competition's different type products. He was able to address the problems and issues of the different types of systems. Homecraft solutions seems to be the far superior product that I have seen and researched to meet the needs of my situation. We were able to come to terms on the price. Having them installed on Saturday. I'll post more once installed.

After seeing an ad on Instagram - we reached out to HomeCraft and Ryan H came by the next day to walk us through all the details.

The product is extremely sturdy and we cannot wait to have it installed (luckily we won’t be waiting long...they will be back tomorrow afternoon to clean, seal, update & install our new gutter guards!)

Rick LaCates came out today to provide us with an assessment of our gutters and an estimate for gutter guards. He was very helpful with determining what improvements could be made to our existing gutters for our 2018 home and worked with us to meet our expectations and budgets. I look forward to the installation and am eager to see how the improvements will resolve some of our water issues we have experienced.

Alan Kearney was very professional and gave a thorough presentation of his gutter guard product. Obviously he is very knowledgable about his product and explained the advantages very clearly. In addition he is very pleasant to deal with. We look forward to working with him and his company!

NO PROBLEMS CONTACTING FOR FOLLOW-UP by either phone, email, or text. We are convinced about the value of this product. Looking forward to reviewing the installation and performance. This was for new gutters with micro mesh gutter guard.

Angela the rep was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The installers Robbie and Dustin were punctual did an excellent job and cleaned up everything before they left

A rep from Homecraft (Ryan H) met me at my home rather late (7pm) which was great because I have an odd work schedule. He was very informative and knowledgeable of the product. It was a no brainer to have them install their gutter protection product on my clogged gutters. The whole process was easy and painless. Don’t hesitate to hit them up!

Today I met with Paul Marascia for a consultation. He arrived early and was very straight forward with his presentation. He showed me samples of the gutter guards as well as the competition's product. I felt hus presentation was honest and that the product had no hidden fees. My gutter guards will be installed in just a few days! I am excited to see the results!

Derrick was great. On time and super nice. Was very helpful. The most important thing is that he got me a really great price which was really awesome especially since I have a kid in college. Plus they are going to replace them tomorrow. Now that is great service that is hard to find now a days. And the product is really great quality which is the cherry on top!

John Taylor the representative who came into my home was very professional and explained everything clearly and succinctly. The installers came out the very next day and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the job they did.

Elliot and Ryan were representing Homecraft to replace our gutters and also include guards. They were professional and informed us of options such as larger down spouts. We decided to contract with this company because of the outstanding reviews and the guarantee/warranty. Elliot and Ryan were extremely respectful and courteous; not pressuring us in any way.

I met with Michael Reilly to get an estimate on the project. He was extremely kind and well mannered. He was very efficient with his estimate, there were no sales gimmicks, I received a fair price and went ahead with the project!

I called Homecraft Gutter Protection for some info on a quote about replacing some gutters on my house. They came out and measured for the required material and provide a quote for the material and labor within 15 min. The representative explained that their business model is gutter guards and not really gutter installation/replacement. He was very professional and knowledgeable and very apologetic that they may not be able to meet my cost expectations.

Karl was able to come out and give me a quote in a timely manner that accommodated my busy schedule. He was patient and thorough explaining to me their product and service.

I feel like I will be getting the best quality product on the market. Even more than that the service includes cleaning out any debris, then realigning and reinforcing the existing gutters.

They can also provide same-day/next-day installation, so my clogged gutter problem was quickly eradicated.

Manny (salesman) came out to quote my house today for a total gutter and downspout replacement (upgrading to larger sizes). He also showed me HomeCraft's gutter guard system and had multiple samples of competitors' gutter guards to show me the clear difference between the competitors and HomeCraft’s product. I liked the idea of adding on gutter guards bc it is extremely difficult to clean the gutters on the back of my house, plus we are surrounded by pine trees. The price was higher than I expected, but we were able to negotiate to a point that my husband and I felt comfortable with. Still more than I was thinking going in, but I have high hopes that this new system will only help us in the long run. I plan to update after the install to review the install crew, as well as review the product after heavy rainfall.
Update #1: My install took place today (the day after my consult with Manny, the salesman), which was an extremely fast turnaround. The arrival window given to me for the crew to arrive was 9am-11am. I was skeptical at first b/c I read other reviews saying that the install crews never showed and multiple install dates had to be continuously rescheduled. I did not have that issue in the least! Three men arrived at 10:15am, met with me briefly to see if I had questions, asked me a few of my own preferences, and got to work. This crew was EXTREMELY friendly and were very kind to my children ages 7 and 4 (we went out to watch part of the install). I had also read reviews of some crews leaving debris and trash in the yard, but this crew went around with a box and picked up every piece of trash they found...very thorough. They even took a leaf blower and blew away debris that had fallen out of my old gutters when they took them down! After the install, before I paid a penny, I walked around with the leader of the crew and went over final details. They finished my house in 2 hours! Took down old gutters and downspouts, put up new gutters and downspouts, and installed the gutter guard system! I was extremely impressed! Next, I will update after heavy rainfall and as the leaves continue falling from the trees to see how well this product performs. Final note, the crew leader gave me his professional advice on where to add gutter valley splash guards due to the pitch and valleys in my roof. He changed it up from the initial guards my Builder put on my house and I trust he made the right choice...There is a reason I had to do a total replace to begin with!

We went to a Home Show in Raleigh and checked out a few Gutter vendors. The HomeCraft booth stood out due to a unique downspout gate! After getting a few estimates from some of the other vendors, Will Bryant and his team from HomeCraft came over to house for his presentation. Will was straight and to the point. We pointed out where and what we wanted, and Will and the HomeCraft team made it happen! Granted, we are waiting for the next big rain storm for further assessment, but HomeCraft has a reassuring Customer Service team to reach out to if needed. Five Star service all the way!
