We worked with the kitchen specialist after designing a new kitchen/living room/dining room design with an architect. They helped to finalize the design, select materials, and coordinate the various trades to get cabinets, countertops, and appliances in. I really appreciated the fee structure being based on the products and not hourly rates for design so that I didn’t feel rushed into final selections. I also think they did a great job in finding nice looking materials that were more cost effective for our budget. Would use again for other services

Working with kitchen specialist was a delightful experience. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and the advice and ideas we were offered blew us away. Attention to detail was extraordinary. I found them on houzz website and also got rave recommendations from friends. They took care of the complete design and the actual work so no middle man to deal with. Great job guys. I will try to post some pictures later if I get time.

We added a new master bath to our home last Fall and Jennifer and Kitchen Specialists did all the cabinetry and linen closets, helped us select quartz countertops, tile for shower and bathroom floor, and beautiful drawer pulls for our many cabinets. We love our new bathroom.

When there was any confusion or questions arose, she was available and prompt in dealing with it. If you've found the Kitchen Specialist stop looking, you are at the right place! My kitchen is fantastic, exactly what I wanted and more. Everyone was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The ideas we came up with and the process of choosing tile, door knobs/handles, colors, fixtures, etc. was extraordinarily helpful. I could not be happier with the kitchen remodel and process.

When I began the process of renovating my outdated and too small kitchen, I turned to The Kitchen Specialist for help. Working with Jennifer made this daunting process so much easier and joyful. Every problem I had with the old kitchen, not enough room, storage, openness and lighting was solved with her design and creativity. Thank you Jennifer and The Kitchen Specialist! Jennifer has been great to work with and the cabinets and counters we picked with her input were great! Even in the installation phase when things came up that needed adjusting, they were always right there to support us. Great job! I would definitely use The Kitchen Specialists again.

I had a fabulous experience upgrading my 90s kitchen with Jennifer. I had my own ideas but she came up with a plan for the space that exceeded what I hoped for. She nailed it in terms of what was important to me ( more counterspace next to a stop) and facilitated knocking down a small wall and relocating a door to open up my space. she was always available and patient through every step and came up with options that definitely fit me and my family. She or her staff were physically o hand when needed to supervise various steps of the process form ordering appliances, to delivering and installing cabinets, to picking out hardwood stain, to lighting and tile. Would recommend any time for any renovation!

We conducted a major remodeling of our kitchen while living abroad and all the choices had to be made remotely. As soon as we spoke to Jennifer and Mary Ann over zoom, we had just that right gut feeling: we would understand each other. From day 1 they guided us expertly through the various options, nudged us in the practical and esthetically pleasing directions that suited our tastes, were gracious and patient when we changed our mind, and prompt in follow-up. Jennifer walked us for hours, mobile in hand, through a wholesale stone warehouse to help choose our countertop! The Kitchen Specialist was also meticulous in post-installation service. No stone left unturned (literally!) to deliver our kitchen exactly the way we dreamed it.

We did a total renovation of our kitchen. Mac at the Kitchen Specialist worked with us on the design including preparation of detailed plans, review of plans on-site, modifications to the plan, selection of cabinets, countertops, etc., delivery, installation, and fine-tuning. Throughout the project she listened carefully to our comments and suggestions, arranged meetings with suppliers, responded to our comments, kept us up-to-date on the schedule, costs, etc., and play an active role during the installation. The installer was meticulous. She, and others at The Kitchen Specialist, were excellent in every regard. After hearing many horror stories of kitchen renovations going over budget and behind schedule, our project was on time to the day and on-budget to the penny. I am a discriminating customer but I cannot speak highly enough about the job The Kitchen Specialist did in every regard. Jennifer. Bedick worked with us on a few details at the end of the job and also was a pleasure to work with. Five stars in every regard.

Working with the Kitchen Specialist has been great. We decided to completely redesign our kitchen. We were told by others that had remodeled their kitchens, that using a designer was such a big help, so when we decided on a contractor, they recommended the Kitchen Specialist, which they had worked with many times. When I first went into their showroom, I met with the owner Jennifer Bedick, and knew right away that I wanted to use her. Jennifer took her time and explained the whole process of how, even though I would go through her for the cabinets and countertops, she would also work with me on picking out appliances, flooring, lighting, backsplashes, hardware, plumbing and sinks, and anything else that would be part of the redesign, as she wanted to make sure everything would complement each other. Jennifer and her assistant, Caroline Cooper, were fantastic! They set up all the appointments to meet with specialists, and at least one of them, and most times both of them, also showed up for the appointment, and brought all the samples I had already chosen. This was so helpful seeing the samples of the cabinets, countertops, hardware etc. all at the same time. Jennifer and Caroline listened to what I liked, made suggestions, showed me numerous samples that would work best, but let me make the final decision. They even showed up at my house when some of the different trades got ready to work. I could not have done this on my own, and everyone that has seen my new kitchen has been so impressed with how it looks. I cannot extend enough praise and thanks to Jennifer and Caroline and the staff at The Kitchen Specialist. In short, I would strongly recommend them! Jim & Susan

Highly recommend! Jennifer and Mary Ann are top notch professionals, extremely responsive and have great attention to detail. We used The Kitchen Specialist to design and install the kitchen in our new home. They helped us choose the design, modify it, and get it within our budget. When it was installed, we noticed that the installer drilled holes in the wrong place - Mary Ann got this fixed for us at no cost. We were really impressed. I especially liked that they are extremely responsive to emails. Many times I would get a response within 10 minutes. If you've worked with contractors before then you know how rare this is. Our kitchen came out beautiful!
