Had a great experience with Billy through the entire process. He is very effective at communicating what to expect and what you’re getting with his roof. Would recommend

Wonderful experience. Mr. O'briant was knowledgeable and professional. Crew was on time, worked hard and clean up extremely well. Highly recommend using this company.

Working with Mr.Obrient and Boxer Roofing was a great experience start to finish. They really care about people and doing a great job.

Boxer Roofing strives for excellence! Beginning to the end everything was handled in a professional manner. It was a pleasure working with Billy. Highly recommend!

Whether it be a restaurant, a boutique or a ROOFER, a business shows its true colors, not only by offering a quality product, but most importantly in its customer service. When either of those elements is missing, it shows.
When they are both present, it glows. The worth of a company who shows they value their customers and desire repeat business is unparalleled . It indicates that the owner of that company has a positive attitude and great skills that he/ she wants to impart to the staff.
We found that value in BOXER ROOFING, with Billy O’Briant at the helm.

Billy made good on all of his promises, and after meeting with him on a Monday, we had a new roof the next week , installed by conscientious workers who labored until dark to clean up the debris, in order to complete the job in one day, and believe me , when nearly 5 tons of shingles, a skylight, underlayment and nails come off the top of a two-story home, there is a mountain of debris!
Billy not only stayed with his crew, but he also called and returned a couple of days later to ensure our satisfaction.

We couldn’t be happier with our results ( we have a beautiful new roof) and the stellar service from start to finish.

Boxer Roofing exceeded my expectations. Professional, on time, and excellent clean up. Owner stays on the job with his crew.
I’d use Boxer roofing again!

Excellent experience. Started on time, great crew. Stripped down old roofing and completed the first half of the job before daylight left. Returned early the next day and completed the job. Yard cleaned up, debris hauled, and done at 5:30 pm.
Definitely would recommend this group to friends and family.
Everything I asked for plus.
Thanks Billy O'Briant

Billy, the owner, was very professional and explained the process and cost very well. He and his crew were on time for the 2 day job. Worked hard to get us the right color shingle. Billy was here with four guys the first day and six the next day to make sure they finished. Clean up was very thorough and Billy was here for the entire 2 days, ready to help his guys and answer our questions. They even brought a porta potty for the workers. Price was as quoted, adding just for the extra material needed for some wood repairs. Would highly recommend! Chris K. and Sue M.,

This company is very professional. Mr OBriant came and sat down and went over everything with us and what to expect from start to finish. The price was very reasonable. The work was completed in one day and the crew cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely refer this company to anyone needing a roof !!

100% satisfied and then some with our roof replacement and new roof installment. Billy O’Briant is a gem of a person to deal with. Excellent communication, amiable and full of informative tips and how the job will go and what to expect. The crew were total professionals as well. Our highest recommendation.

Their crew did a great job and were able to complete our project quickly and completely. We appreciated the openness and honesty throughout the process and the fact that we were treated with respect as buyers and not put into "hard sell" circumstances with sales tricks. Would highly recommend for their integrity, quality, and affordability.

He has provided excellent work at our home through several projects. From backyard patio roof, whole house roof replacement with beautuful new gutters. Wonderful experience every time. Mr. O'Briant has a friendly & most experienced crew. Thanks!

We received outstanding service. The job (roof installation) was scheduled and completed quickly. Cleanup was very thorough which we appreciated. I will not hesitate to hire Boxer Roofing for any future needs we have.

We're pleased with our new roof from Boxer Roofing. Billy and his crew were professional, finished on time, and the yard was cleaned up well even though it started to rain. No complaints. I would recommend them to a friend.

Look no further for a reputable roofing company to do the work you need in repairing or replacing your roof. Boxer Roofing should be your first if not your only call because you will be thrilled with the superb quality of the work and the professionalism of the delightful owner Billy, who is honest, forthright, intelligent, knowledgeable, and kind. We needed our entire roof replaced and went into the process knowing less than nothing about roofing. He explained everything to us in a thorough but brief presentation, and then once we chose our shingles and scheduled the day, the rest of the process was a piece of cake. I have a small single-floor ranch house. Billy’s team worked only one full day to replace the roof and install gorgeous skylights on our porch and that is despite needing to replace a good deal of rotting plywood under the old shingles. With Billy’s supervision, his team worked tirelessly, efficiently, and meticulously through the blazing hot day. They were fastidious in both their craftsmanship and in the clean-up of debris afterward. I have yet to find a stray nail and doubt I will. I could not be happier with my new beautiful blue roof and skylights.

We are very glad we chose Boxer Roofing for our reroof job. Mr. O'Briant was exceptionally professional and explained everything in understandable terms. The estimate was competitive with the two others we received, and Mr. O'Briant actually showed us additional areas requiring repair that were not mentioned by the other companies. The crew showed up on time and all work was completed in the two days promised. All debris was hauled away, and we have still not found any stray nails from this project. The roof looks great and the flashing is impeccably done. We are absolutely satisfied with the job and highly recommend Boxer Roofing to anyone wanting a professional experience. Top notch company.

I watched the Boxer team replacing the roof on the neighbor's house and could tell that the job was well done and the employees were in good spirits. Every step after reaching out to Mr. O'Briant was handled in a confident and professional manner. He clearly loves his craft. This is exactly the kind of company I want working on my home. The roofing was removed and replaced in the same day and the results look great!

We are very happy with our new roof from Boxer Roofing. When we were looking for a new roof for our house and barn we had a few different people come out and give estimates. The owner of Boxer roofing came out in person to go over the estimate .He had samples of all the material he was going to use. A book of photographs of the process of removing the roofing, protecting the house and installation of new roofing material. The roof was started within days and and the owner was on the job side all the time. If there were any problems or questions. He was really available to answer them. We are very happy with our new roof. There were a few things that we wanted want to done after the roof was finished. He came back and did them without having to be asked twice. I feel that the estimate I was given was very fair and very reasonable. There were no unexpected cost that he did not warn us about. We did have to have some of the roof boards replaced but he had warned us that we might have that issue. He showed us the boards that were replaced and it was very obvious that they were dry rotted. Overall, we are very happy with our new roof.

Boxer Roofing provides top notch work and reliability! If only all companies and contractors had the follow through and work ethics that Billy O'Briant and the team deliver. He was accessible, patiently answered numerous questions, installed quality materials and excellent work at a fair price, and did not cop any attitudes or superiority (as a widow whose expertise is NOT roofing, I appreciate this ~ as well as feeling safe with him). Our society needs more Mr. O'Briants. Never did I feel like any estimates or work done were shady. His charming smile is genuine and his team friendly. They discovered more than one place where repairs were needed and sent pictures so I could see. I am very pleased with my new, quality roof. Words exclaimed I didn't think one would say, "my roof is gorgeous!"

I highly recommend Boxer Roofing for your roofing needs. Billy O’Briant (owner) was very professional and such a pleasure to work with. After I contacted him, he came out within a couple of days to inspect my roof. He even took pictures to show me the problem areas and explained in detail what needed to be done. He had a quote ready for me in 2 days. After meeting with Billy to go over the quote, they were there within the week to do the job. And what an awesome job they did!!! I love my new roof!!

I recently had to replace the roof on my parents’ home in Durham. Billy O’Briant gave us a no-pressure presentation and showed us all the options. He offered suggestions based on our needs and budget, and walked us through the selection and installation process. I liked that Boxer was local. Billy was in constant communication with us. On installation day, he was even up on the roof sending us photos of the progress including boards they had to replace. I can’t say enough good things about the installation crew. They were working in the sun on one of the hottest days of the year (as my grandmother would say “Bless their hearts!”). They did a great clean up afterwards. No nails, scraps or garbage left behind. The new roof looks great. The new gutters were installed a few days later with the same excellent results. Billy came by for a follow-up visit to make sure we were satisfied. Mr. O’Briant treated us like family throughout the project. I’ve had many roofs repaired and replaced, and Boxer’s workmanship, quality product, professionalism and overall customer service can’t be beat. Thank you Billy. Thank you Boxer.
