Michael and his team installed a new ac in my father's home. What made this job so noteworthy is I live in NY and my father who was in the middle stages of dementia, lived in NC by himself. The ac was professionally installed and my father who had a tendency of getting agitated at the slightest misunderstanding, was completely satisfied with the whole interaction. Even though my father was there by himself, I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Michael and his office kept me updated with open communication from start to end. Since then I use them for all of my ac needs and they never disappoint. A professional company with integrity... a rare find these days!
