I received excellent service from CTC Supply, Fayetteville, NC from two employees previously unknown to me. Both were extremely helpful to "Harry Homeowner" by ordering items from the Ruud Factory for delivery the very next day. They were both courteous and professional and got me the items I needed. I found this unusual as most HVAC Supply Centers here don't want retail sales, but prefer to work with the wholesale professional installers instead. The Counter Manager supplied me with his business card and even offered to open the store on a weekend if needed in order to restore heat and or air conditioning to my residence. I'm impressed by their willingness to do whatever it takes to make me a long term customer.

I'll have to say the service people there are excellent I've only had to go there a 2 or 3 times I'm an electrician not a HVAC guy but occasionally I'll help somebody out and troubleshoot electrical issues. They're great group of people from the experiences I've had

No complaints whatsoever. The guys were super helpful and prices were insanely good, couldn't be beat anywhere on the internet. I'll be back at some point, I know it, place is just too cool.

I tell you what. I've had some bad experiences as a homeowner trying to get parts to fix my own AC at the house but not here. CTC staff was courteous and helpful this morning when I needed a new blower fan and didn't give me any issues when I asked to pull it out of the box before buying to make a physical comparison.

The guys at the front desk really helped me out today got my home system running again on their advice. Good old customer service, you just don't see it so much anymore. Saved me an expensive service call
