First reached out to this business on a Saturday, Christmas Eve. My heat was not working. They had me warm again within two hours of the phone call.

We rent our house out and I've always taken care of us. He communicates and make sure everything is in order before he does stuff. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great company, knowledgeable staff, they really went above and beyond what I expected to make sure my family was comfortable, and they don't price gouge like the others. This is now the only HVAC I will use and recommend.

The technician was going on vacation, stopped his plans to come out immediately to get my heat pump fixed. He replaced 2 items in my upper attic unit. Was very expensive, but with criminals in charge of our government what is reasonable and cheap these days? Nothing! The technician was very honest and helpful to make sure I understand everything needed that day and gave future recommendations.

I have found my new A/C company. My husband called James in the morning and he was out to repair our A/C the same afternoon. We were told by another company we needed to order a part that James pulled out of his truck!! He replaced the part, cleaned the system and gave us pointers on how to maintain the system. I highly recommend!

James came out within the hour of our 1st call,air conditioner beyond repair. Unfortunately it happened during a really hot time, but James got us a new air conditioner and installed it within 4 days. James and his crew were very professional and installed the unit in timely manner. We are very satisfied with this company.

My central air was not working on a hot day. It was not blowing any air at all. James came by within an hour of calling him. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within 20 min. James interacted with my wife and children in a very respectful and trustable manner, not like those contractors that gives you the creeps. He is welcome here anytime. His pricing was honest and transparent. He will be coming back to do a full cleaning and service.

James is a swindler and takes advantage of the elderly! James was called in to fix my grandmother’s a/c , he came in drained her a/c pan made a recipe that stated that he change the drain switch which he did not and charged her 750 dollars. If you are considering giving him a call I would not.

His attitude is what lost our business. When asked why we were being charged the price we were being charged he snapped and yes was willing to help us with the payment In the beginning but then said he needed to be paid before he did the job. I was told one thing and my husband the other. Went with a different company and they had no issues walking through the charges with us and also paid a lot less for excellent work and customer service.

Was looking for help on a commercial building, spoke to the owner who refused my business because I was weighing my options. Very rude phone call. I would assume if you were ready to proceed with work then this company would be fine.
